Jeffrey Epstein’s attorney, David Schoen, has publicly refuted Elon Musk’s recent claim that Donald Trump is hiding FBI files due to being named in them. Schoen stated that during his time representing Epstein, he was told directly that Epstein had “no info that would hurt President Trump.”
Adding further perspective, Bradley Edwards — an attorney who represented many of Epstein’s victims and successfully countersued Epstein for defamation — shared his own experience. In a past interview, Edwards said:
"I wanted to talk to a lot of people, including some pretty connected ones. Trump was the only person who picked up the phone, said 'Let's just talk,' and gave me as much time as I needed. He provided helpful information that checked out and aided our investigation. There was no indication he was involved in anything untoward, and we didn’t even need to take a deposition from him."
Together, these statements present a consistent narrative: both legal representatives directly involved in Epstein-related matters report no damaging information or involvement tied to Donald Trump.
