Proxy: Reorder by Ping and Error Details

- Proxies can be reordered based on ping response
- Proxy with lower latency is sorted first
- Enabling Show error details will show the error details if a proxy is unable to connect

- By clicking on the Instant View supported links, it can be opened in Instant View directly instead opening in browser
