Chief Warrant Officer: Thierry Prungnaud, 11 GIGN. The first man to enter the hijacked aircraft Air France Flight 8969, 1994. He killed 2 of the 4 hijackers with an MR73 revolver. He survived being shot several times and a grenade blast. He was made an honorary Navy SEAL.
