How losing a bet saved a camp full of soldiers.

Peter Burley of the 32 Battalion after Operation Super, 1982
Operation Super was a military confrontation during the Border War in March, 1982 to prevent SWAPO guerrillas infiltrating into South West Africa through the Kaokoveld, it involved 10 men from the South African Recces and several platoons from the 32 Battallion and some Helicopters.
197 Communists died, for only 3 men of the 32 battalion, while SWAPO guerillas failed to infiltrate South West Africa, their base of operations was not found.
