Attention. The Central Bank of Russia has been testing its digital currency all year so far and in April of next year it will be used in "real operations" between consumers and from consumers to businesses (payments). Five private banks accompany the Central Bank in this process.
Russia is already experiencing the migration of its SWIFT financial systems to the quantum system of sovereign currencies backed by natural resources.

Sorry for confusion that is my fault for being lazy 🤪😂 in the past I referred to the 3 layers as “governance layers” and assumed everyone knew that by now so didn’t write “governance” in this time🫣

As you can guess, many projects fall outside the realm of governance, therefore I love your very apt analogy of apples and break fluid 😂😂😂😂 gave me quite a giggle
