1. Stellarmart.com is a 3rd party provider for minting assets just like Stellarmint.io so it doesn’t mean they are all scams. It means you have to understand who is behind each specific project bc you can not vet the domain itself

2. Most Stellar projects are NOT individually backed by assets, only a small handful are like XXA, WWT, indus, swiss, QSI assets, etc. Even projects like SHX, Farsight, BEER, etc are not backed by any assets. However Stellar itself is backed by silver. Tokens that claim to be backed by assets should undergo scrutiny or audit for confirmation at some point especially post-regulation so there is full transparency for investors. Again, this is why DYOR is so critical bc we have learned we just can’t take the token dev’s word 😏😒
