How're you guys spending the weekends? Happy Deepavali🙌
💭 If any of you live in the north, you'd heard of
Yishun Park Hawker Centre
51 Yishun Ave 11, Singapore 768857

It's a concept by Timbre, and prices I'd say are a little on the high side, but here're a few stalls worth checking out
🍔 Shakers Lakers (Western Fusion) :
Must-Try👍
They have excellent gourmet burgers (pulled pork/beef/chicken) and also fusion pastas & carbonara. Takeaway is 20c so have your meal there to save some moolah.
🥜 满unchi Delights (Ban Jian Kueh) :
Good To Try🤞
Peanut, red bean, and more flavours. They have Mao Shan Wang too! Tried peanut in charcoal skin, quite crisp and fillings are solid.
🍃 Ah Lock Hakka Tofu Bowl (Hakka Japanese fusion)
Good to Try🤞
Leicha & Yong Tau Foo Rice Bowl
The young boss, an NTU undergrad quit studies midway to start up his business, a fusion of Hakka traditional Leicha w yong tau foo toppings. Add points for the Japanese-pearl rice and yummy sauce. #makeyishungreatagain
#RandomRambles🗞 Milksha's (迷客夏) self-order kiosk is such a joy! The friendly staff also told us their Paya Lebar Quarter outlet has the full menu like Roasted Wheat Tea, so check them out at #03-25 when you visit #PLQ.
