Weak response of Ethereum's price to the approval of spot Ether ETFs, can be attributed to two primary reasons:

1. Buying before approval : Many investors had already anticipated the approval and bought ETH before that, causing a significant price increase leading up to the announcement. As a result, the approval itself did not cause an additional buying excitement because much of the demand had already been absorbed.

2. Waiting for Launch: Although the ETFs have been approved, but they have not been launched. The actual trading of these ETFs will only start after S-1 filings are approved by the SEC, which can take time, weeks to months. Which means that the anticipated capital inflow from these ETFs has not been started yet.

• Additionally, There are also concerns that Grayscale's plan to convert it's Ethereum Trust into a spot ETF could trigger significant capital outflows, similar to what happened to Grayscale's Bitcoin Trust after approval of spot bitcoin ETFs.
