✨Sybil - A single entity creates many fake identities in order to gain more free tokens (Airdrop)
⁉️HOW PROJECTS IMPLEMENT SYBIL RESISTANCE ALGORITHM TO CATCH SYBILS & HOW ITS GOING TO BE IN FUTURE 🤫
▪️ Let's Check the previous Sybil resistance algorithm, Arbitrum Used Nansen & Offchain Labs for Distribution of $ARB Airdrop Where they used Anti-sybil Points system to avoid bots ,Here are Those rules:
•All the wallet's transactions occurred within a 48 hour period (Like if Creteria is used bridge atleast 3 times. it must be not occurred within 48 hours)
•Has a balance < 1 token cent on the day of the snapshot and has not interacted with more than one smart contract
•Has a balance < 0.005 ETH cent on the day of the snapshot
•if Airdrop recipient's Wallet has been indentified as a Sybil in previous Airdrop,That recipient is disqualified
▪️ Recently Connext $NEXT Announced airdrop they also used points system addition with User Transaction Value (number 🔢 of transfers made by users & the average value of their transactions💲)
•Transferred 5 or more times with an average value of at least $15 per transaction (calculated across all transactions) and a total volume exceeding $200.
•Provided at least $1,500 in liquidity to the Connext network for a minimum of 1 day.
What You learnt here: Stop following those mf Twitter threadoors (f*** 60 Txns with 10$ )And Manage Your Average Txns Value range 25-100$
