SynFutures is a decentralized perpetual futures protocol backed by Pantera, SIG, Dragonfly,
Standard Crypto, Framework, and Hashkey. We've raised $38M and processed over $320B in
cumulative trading volume. Currently live on Base, we're building the infrastructure for
permissionless, transparent derivatives trading.
Why This Role, Why Now
SynFutures is entering its most ambitious phase: designing the next generation of the protocol
and launching our own chain. We're hiring a Head of Product to lead both from the ground up —
defining what we build, how it works, and who it serves. You'll be the first product hire for the
new era, responsible for building the product function as the company scales.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a protocol and chain from zero, with the backing of top-tier
investors and a team that's already proven it can ship at scale.
What You'll Own
Protocol & Chain Strategy. Define the product vision and roadmap for SynFutures' next-
generation protocol and chain, spanning perpetual futures, AMM design, liquidity mechanisms,
permissionless market creation, and chain architecture.
Full Product Lifecycle. Lead from ideation through launch and iteration — scoping,
prioritization, sprint planning, and post-launch optimization.
Technical Collaboration. Work directly with smart contract and backend engineering teams on
trading logic, risk engines, funding rate mechanisms, oracle integrations, and chain-level
infrastructure decisions.
Data & Metrics. Establish a data-driven product culture with clear KPIs across liquidity,
retention, trading volume, and user activation.
User & Market Insight. Run user research, competitive analysis, and community feedback
loops to ensure strong product-market fit.
Go-to-Market. Partner with BD, marketing, and ecosystem teams to drive adoption, launch new
markets, and expand the protocol's reach.

- 负责 RWA / 稳定币 / 股票代币化（Tokenized Equities） 等核心数据模块的产品规划与信息架构设计
- 设计关键产品模块，包括 数据看板（Dashboard）、资产页面（Asset Page）、参与方页面（Issuer / Platform） 等
- 构建清晰的用户关键路径：浏览 → 理解 → 洞察 → 决策，持续优化产品体验
- 输出高质量产品文档，包括 PRD、产品原型（Figma）、产品结构图 等

2.数据理解与结构设计
- 理解 链上 / 链下数据结构与核心指标，如 TVL、OI、流通量、收益率、抵押率、资金流向等
- 与数据工程师深度协作，参与 数据字段设计、指标口径定义、计算逻辑制定
- 参与构建 资产标签体系（taxonomy）、分类体系、指标体系，提升数据可理解性与专业度
