1. Automatic Key Distribution
Whenever a new user successfully joins Web3Hub by purchasing an NFT through the Fixed Price NFT Marketplace, the platform automatically generates reward keys immediately after the transaction is confirmed.
The allocation is as follows:
• 1 Key for the new participant
• 1 Bonus Key for the Community Key Owner (Inviter)
This mechanism ensures that every successful onboarding benefits both the new community member and the individual responsible for expanding the Web3Hub ecosystem.
2. Automatic Blockchain Draw
After every 10 successful NFT purchases through the Fixed Price NFT Marketplace, the system generates a total of 20 eligible keys:
• 10 Keys belonging to newly joined users

Once all twenty keys have been generated, Web3Hub automatically performs a verifiable on-chain random draw through its smart contract infrastructure on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC), and one eligible participant will receive the featured NFT reward.
The entire winner selection process is executed automatically through Web3Hub's smart contracts on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC), ensuring transparency, fairness, immutability, and equal opportunity for every eligible key holder.
3. Campaign Duration & Reward Pool
The Key To Win Campaign will remain active exclusively during the following period:
July 01, 2026 — December 31, 2026 (23:59 UTC)
During this limited-time initiative, Web3Hub will distribute:

• Minimum Guaranteed Value: 1,000 USDT per NFT
All campaign NFTs are sponsored directly by the Web3Hub Ecosystem Treasury and distributed from the platform's reserve wallet as part of the Community Growth Initiative.
4. Campaign Completion Conditions
The campaign will permanently conclude upon whichever of the following conditions occurs first:

Web3Hub Initiative to Increase the Utility Value of NFTs
Dear Web3Hub Community,
As part of Web3Hub’s ongoing ecosystem development strategy and its commitment to increasing the utility and practical value of digital assets, Web3Hub will introduce a new framework for NFTs distributed through the Mystery Box and Key to Win programs, effective August 15, 2026.
From the beginning, Web3Hub has maintained a distinct approach to NFTs. The objective is not limited to creating digital assets that can be bought and sold; rather, Web3Hub aims to provide NFTs with meaningful Utility, Use Cases, and Access within its ecosystem.
Accordingly, this update is designed to provide additional value to NFTs distributed through these programs and establish a defined pathway for converting them into an active account within the Web3Hub ecosystem.
1. Introduction of NFT Activation
Effective from the date of this announcement, all NFTs transferred to winners through Mystery Box or Key to Win will be eligible for a dedicated activation mechanism.
This functionality will be available under the name NFT Activation Access.
The NFT holder may, at their discretion, complete the activation process by paying a 10% Service Fee, allowing the respective NFT to be associated with an Active & Claimed Account within the Web3Hub ecosystem.
Referral Commission Structure
To support active users and Community development, once the 10% Service Fee has been paid by the NFT holder, 25% of the Service Fee paid will be calculated as a Referral Commission for the referring user.
This commission is calculated exclusively on the Service Fee paid and is not based on the NFT’s value or market price.
Example: If the Service Fee for activating an NFT is 100 USDT, 25 USDT will be calculated as the Referral Commission for the applicable referrer.
This structure is intended to establish a defined mechanism through which active users can contribute to Community development and facilitate the onboarding of new users into the Web3Hub ecosystem.
2. Activation Period
The activation functionality associated with each NFT will be subject to a 30-day activation period.
The remaining time will be displayed as a Countdown on the NFT card, allowing the holder to monitor the available activation period.
Once the designated period expires, the Activation Access associated with that NFT will no longer be available.
The 30-day period represents the activation window and does not constitute a limitation on the ownership period of the NFT.
3. Transferability and Trading
The activation mechanism does not restrict ownership or transfer of the NFT.
Eligible NFTs will continue to support:
Transfer to another wallet (Transfer)
Change of ownership
Auction Listing, subject to the applicable requirements
However, the Activation Access Countdown will continue according to its original activation period. Transferring the NFT will not create a new 30-day activation period.
Accordingly, the activation period remains associated with the NFT’s original activation opportunity and will not restart following a transfer of ownership.
4. Eligibility of Previous Winners
This functionality will not be limited to future Mystery Box and Key to Win winners.
All users who previously received an NFT through Mystery Box or Key to Win will also be eligible for this update.
Beginning August 15, 2026, all such users will have 30 days to utilize the Activation Access associated with their NFT.
For previous winners, this activation period will therefore be calculated from the effective date of this announcement.

5. Purpose of the New Structure
This update forms part of Web3Hub’s long-term strategy to increase the practical utility and value of NFTs.
Under this structure, an NFT is not considered solely a tradable digital asset; it may also function as an access mechanism to services and capabilities within the ecosystem.
The key objectives of this initiative are to:
Increase the Utility and practical application of distributed NFTs;
Create additional value beyond the NFT’s trading value;
Establish a defined pathway for Mystery Box and Key to Win winners to enter the Web3Hub ecosystem;
Increase user participation across Web3Hub services and infrastructure;
Create an economic participation opportunity for referrers through the Referral Commission; and
Provide active users with additional opportunities to support Community development and expansion.
6. Community Development
Web3Hub considers this functionality part of its broader strategy for user participation and Community expansion.
By providing an activation mechanism for awarded NFTs, new users can follow a defined pathway from NFT Ownership to Account Activation and subsequently to participation in ecosystem services.
Furthermore, allocating 25% of the Service Fee paid as Referral Commission provides referring users with a direct opportunity to participate in the onboarding and activation process of new users.
This structure is intended to support user onboarding, increase participation, and contribute to the continued development of the Web3Hub Community.
7. Web3Hub’s Long-Term NFT Strategy
Web3Hub believes that NFT infrastructure should extend beyond the creation and transfer of a digital asset.
The platform’s approach is to develop an ecosystem in which NFTs can provide Utility, Use Cases, and Access alongside their potential trading value.
Accordingly, the capabilities introduced through Mystery Box and Key to Win represent part of this broader development strategy.
The long-term objective is to enable NFTs within the Web3Hub ecosystem to function beyond digital ownership and serve as access instruments to ecosystem services and capabilities.
Official Statement
This update has been introduced to provide additional value to distributed NFTs, increase the practical utility of digital assets, and establish a clearer pathway for user participation within the Web3Hub ecosystem.
Effective August 15, 2026, all eligible previous and future winners of Mystery Box and Key to Win may utilize the NFT Activation Access mechanism in accordance with the conditions outlined in this announcement.
Eligible referrers may also receive a Referral Commission equal to 25% of the Service Fee paid, in accordance with the applicable structure.
Technical details, Activation status, and the Countdown for each NFT will be available through the NFT card and the relevant sections of the Web3Hub platform.

Preview & Admin Approval Update
We are pleased to announce a new Preview section in the MetaBusiness module, designed to provide users with a more transparent and reliable review process before submitting an advertisement for Admin Approval.

👁 1. Preview Before Submission
The new Preview feature allows users to view their advertisement exactly as it will appear to other users within the MetaBusiness ecosystem.
Before submitting an advertisement, users can:
• Review the complete advertisement and its content
• Verify branding, images, descriptions, social links, and other information
• Identify and correct any issues before final submission
• Edit the advertisement until they are completely satisfied with the final version
• Submit the final version for Admin Approval

✅ Preview first. Submit when ready.

💾 2. Save as Draft
If the advertisement is not yet ready for final submission, users can select Save as Draft.
This allows all entered information and uploaded content to be securely saved, so the advertisement can be completed or edited later without starting the process again.

🔒 3. Editing After Admin Submission
Once an advertisement has been submitted for Admin Approval, it becomes locked and cannot be edited until the administration team completes the review process.
The advertisement will remain locked until it is:
🟢 Approved by the administrator
or
🔴 Rejected with the relevant feedback or reason.
This ensures that the exact version submitted by the user is the same version reviewed by the administration team.

⏱️ 4. Admin Review Period
The standard Admin Approval process may take up to 3 business days.
During this period, the responsible team will carefully review:
• Advertisement content and overall quality
• Branding and visual materials
• Business information
• Uploaded documents and supporting evidence
• Compliance with MetaBusiness requirements and platform standards
The purpose of this process is to ensure that all submitted information and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant before the advertisement becomes publicly available.

Once an advertisement has been approved by the administration, it will remain non-editable for 30 days.
This restriction helps maintain the integrity and consistency of approved advertisements and prevents significant changes immediately after the approval process.
After the 30-day period, the advertisement may become eligible for editing according to the applicable MetaBusiness rules and procedures.
