🚨Alabama: 5 Arrested In Drug Bust; Face Trafficking, Possession Charges

Five people have been arrested following a drug bust in Irondale, according to the Leeds and Irondale police departments.

Authorities served a search warrant on Nov. 30 at 7 a.m. at a residence in Irondale. Detectives recovered multiple fully automatic weapons, equipment believed to be used to modify semiautomatic weapons to fully automatic, stolen property, fentanyl, methamphetamines, other narcotics, and drug paraphernalia.

Five people were taken in custody including Markell Felder, 25. He is charged with Drug Trafficking x2, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. His bond is set at more than $3 million.

🚨Illinois: Chicago Man Arrested, 4 Women Freed During Human Trafficking Investigation

On Monday, Illinois State Police announced a human trafficking investigation has led to the arrest of a suspect and the freedom of at least 4 women.

The investigation started when a survivor of human trafficking tipped off police.

That led investigators to set up undercover surveillance at a hotel in Lombard. They spotted the suspect, along with multiple women, including the person who tipped them off.

Agents eventually took a Chicago man, 46-year-old Heggie D. Carr, into custody. He has been charged with multiple felonies.

House explodes as police attempt to execute search warrant in Arlington County

ARLINGTON, Va. (7News) — An attempted search warrant turned into a house explosion in Virginia Monday night, police said.
Around 8 p.m., Arlington County police officers were in the 800 block of N. Burlington Street investigating a flare gun shooting from a home.
As officers attempted to execute a search warrant, the person who allegedly shot the flare gun began shooting "several rounds" inside the house, police explained.
An "X" user posted a video of the incident.

Authorities have not revealed who the owner of the home was or what the warrant was for. However, the entire house explodes and collapses in on itself.
