Biden is done. Bet on it. Too many prominent Democrats have suggested heโ€™s brain damaged. They canโ€™t walk that back. They have to remove him, and they will. The only question is when. If theyโ€™re smart, theyโ€™ll do it immediately. If Kamalaโ€™s going to be the nominee, she might as well be the president first. That leaves the question of Trump, and his sentencing on July 11. Bidenโ€™s collapse makes this a much more perilous moment than it was. At this point Trump is not just the Republican candidate, but effectively the presumptive president. If youโ€™re going to put him in jail, it had better be for a very serious crime that everyone agrees he committed. Otherwise you risk destroying the system completely and forever. Weโ€™re in legitimate danger. Democrats need to pull back.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyyโ€™s security service said Monday, it foiled a coup that would have โ€œplayed into Russiaโ€™s handsโ€ as his Ukrainian forces battled their Russian counterparts in the east of the country.

News of the plot emerged ahead of the visit of one of Russian President Vladimir Putinโ€™s only European allies, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbรกn, to Kyiv on Tuesday for talks with Zelenskyy.

Referencing the presidency in a news conference after meeting with Zelenskyy, Orbรกn said he chose Kyiv for his first visit โ€œbecause peace is an important questionโ€ and the war was impacting European security, according to the translation of his comments posted to the Ukrainian president's official Telegram account.

He also vowed to resolve โ€œall previous disputesโ€ with Ukraine, and โ€œfocus on the future.โ€

This is awesome.

Now they are panicking about potential military tribunals for the likes of Liz Cheney and Mitch McConnell ๐Ÿ˜†

There is some truth to what this guy is saying, but they are spinning it like Trump is planning to go after innocent people. Wrong. These people committed serious crimes (treason) and they know that the game is over if they lose power.

This dude even says the quiet part out loud: โ€œBefore, there were people inside of institutions of the government that most people havenโ€™t even heard of that could slow things down, gum things upโ€ฆ They know where those positions are nowโ€ฆ so there wonโ€™t be restraints!โ€

These people made their bed, now they will lay in it.
An attorney for former President Trump suggested that the so-called โ€œfake electorsโ€ scheme qualifies as an โ€œofficial act,โ€ which would prevent it from being prosecuted under the recent Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity.

Trump attorney Will Scharf told CNN Monday night that some acts alleged in the former presidentโ€™s federal election subversion indictment do constitute private conduct but the effort to put forth slates of alternate electors in 2020 from key battleground states is not one of them.

We just filed a lawsuit against CBS for allegedly unlawfully firing a Emmy award-winning news anchor because he is a white male.

The complaint alleges anti-white and anti-male discrimination in violation of Civil Rights law:

AFLโ€™s client is an Emmy Award-winning white male with over 30 years of experience in broadcast journalism. In May 2022, after working at CBS for almost seven years, the General Manager Joel Vilmanay informed him that he would be terminated within six months and that CBS was currently looking for his replacement. AFLโ€™s client asked the Vice President News Director of CBS, Mike Dello Stritto, about his termination and was told: โ€œItโ€™s not about the ratings.โ€

3 It was not about the ratings; it was because CBS was apparently engaging in illegal diversity policies that unabashedly discriminate against white males. In fact, CBS replaced AFLโ€™s client with a young black male who checked the illegal diversity boxes the network was seeking.

The Trump campaign is demanding an apology from the White House and President Biden's campaign for dismissing videos of Biden's public gaffes and miscues as "cheap fakes" and "misinformation" promoted by conservatives.

"Itโ€™s only been a week since our fantastic team @TrumpWarRoom & @RNCResearch were wrongly accused of editing โ€˜cheap fakesโ€™ to make Biden look bad," Trump campaign national press secretary Karoline Leavitt posted on X Friday. "The Democrats, and of course their mouthpieces in the Fake News, peddled this ridiculous lie."

"We actually had to spend time fighting โ€˜journalistsโ€™ on this ridiculous narrative and telling them Americans can believe their own eyes!" she continued. "Now everyone sees thereโ€™s NOTHING fake about Bidenโ€™s decline. We were right and simply sharing the TRUTH!"

"We will take an apology now," Leavitt added, tagging the Biden campaign and a handful of media outlets.

The U.S. government has awarded $176 million to Moderna (MRNA.O), opens new tab to advance development of its bird flu vaccine, the company said on Tuesday, as concerns rise over a multi-state outbreak of H5N1 virus in dairy cows and infections of three dairy workers since March.

Shares of the Cambridge, Massachusetts-based company rose more than 2% to $118.32 in early trade.

The funds from the U.S. Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority will be used to complete late-stage development and testing of a pre-pandemic mRNA-based vaccine against H5N1 avian influenza, the company said in a statement.

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said Tuesday that the U.S. will soon announce an additional $2.3 billion in security assistance for Ukraine, to include anti-tank weapons, interceptors and munitions for Patriot and other air defense systems.

The announcement came as Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov met with Austin at the Pentagon. And it marks a strong response to pleas from Kyiv for help in battling Russian forces in the Donetsk region.

The Manhattan district attorneyโ€™s office said Tuesday it would not oppose former President Donald Trumpโ€™s request to file a motion arguing that his conviction should be tossed, a move that will almost certainly delay Trumpโ€™s sentencing, which is currently set for July 11.

โ€œAlthough we believe defendant's arguments to be without merit, we do not oppose his request for leave to file and his putative request to adjourn sentencing pending determination of his motion,โ€ assistant district attorney Josh Steinglass wrote in a letter to Judge Juan Merchan.
