Thus, only the opposite, only honorable negotiation, and its fruit, honorable contracts and agreements allows two beings with equal rights to enjoy their rights via free will choice—mutual consent.

Consent of the Governed is the only real standard, all else is false freedom.

Now ask yourself, how often has your free will been denied, manipulated, or coerced?

We know not how far from the path we have truly fallen, be it personally or civilly.

Among the issues likely to be discussed: how jurors will be selected, how classified evidence should be handled, whether the names of sensitive government witnesses should be publicly revealed and whether the trial should be postponed until this summer — or until after the presidential election.

... Trump’s lawyers and special counsel Jack Smith filed competing proposals for the trial schedule. Officially, the case is slated to go to trial on May 20, but Cannon... is almost certain to push that date back. The big question is how much she’ll push it."

Special Counsel Smith is seeking a July 8 trial date.

Trump is asking for it to be pushed to either August 12 OR delayed until after the election.
