Criminal prosecutors may soon get to see over 900 documents pertaining to the alleged theft of a diary belonging to Joe Biden’s daughter after a judge rejected the conservative group Project Veritas’ First Amendment claim.

Attorney Jeffrey Lichtman said on behalf of the nonprofit Monday that attorneys are considering appealing last Thursday’s ruling by U.S. District Judge Analisa Torres in Manhattan. In the written decision, the judge said the documents can be given to investigators by Jan. 5.

The documents were produced from raids that were authorized in November 2021. Electronic devices were also seized from the residences of three members of Project Veritas, including two mobile phones from the home of James O’Keefe, the group’s since-fired founder.

Rep. Brandon Williams, R-N.Y., was the first target of a swatting call Monday.

The congressman posted a comment about the ordeal on X.

"Our home was swatted this afternoon. Thanks to the Deputies and Troopers who contacted me before arriving. They left with homemade cookies and spiced nuts! Merry Christmas everyone!" Williams wrote.

Shortly after his post, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., announced she was also the victim of a swatting incident Monday.

The optimist in me says that a revelation of Trump implementing devolution in the face of a stolen election would fit the definition of a “black swan event.”

The realist in me says we’ll never see such things revealed.

The CHIPS Act has been one of the main economic hints of the Devolution Op of the Biden era, as the original structure of the Act was put together by the Trump Admin, only for Biden to sign it into law last summer.

While this one doesn't seem like a massive notable on the surface (it commits resources to kickstarting domestic production of semiconductor manufacturing,) the long-term economic impact of the initiative will be seismic, bringing tens of thousands of high-paying jobs to the US, while simultaneously curtailing the China-Taiwan near monopoly on the most-traded commodity in the world.

I've forwarded an economic theory I call, 'The Switch,' in which a lot of the good economic moves being forwarded during the Biden Admin will not be actualized until Trump is back in office, and this news on the latest delay to 'Biden's' CHIPS agenda adds more fuel to that fire.

Good things are happening at the core of the US economy, but their effects will be seen on a MAGA-engineered delay.

This has the obvious benefit of panicking demoralized, destabilized people into abandoning their legal protections and constitutional ideals

4) Normalization
After a crisis, with a violent change of the power structure and economy, you have a so-called period of Normalization that may last indefinitely.

Thankfully, people are waking up to this manipulation, and The Powers That Be are struggling to implement their subversion of society.
