It took just two years for the woke Brit Awards to eliminate women after abandoning separate categories for male and female solo artists, instead opting for “gender neutral” categories.

All nominees for the Brit Awards 2023 “Artist of the Year” were men.

The Grammys and MTV awards have also dropped their gendered categories.
