I washed my hands in the sink, slept in their apartment all night, woke up in the morning, took the key, locked the apartment, then threw it away and left." With these words, one of the lone jihadists described the night he spent in the apartment of two Jewish victims in Jerusalem after he killed them in cold blood, driven by hatred of the Jews and devotion to Allah”without any nationalist or territorial motives.
The Jewish intelligence services, which had been tracking this jihadist for years, classified him as a "serial killer" based on global criteria for categorizing serial killings, which state: "A person who kills three or more individuals, continues their operations for more than a month with time gaps in between, and acts alone." This procedural definition applied to our jihadist only in a technical sense, as he single-handedly killed three Jews in two apartments in Jerusalem and wounded two others in three separate operations across different times and locations.
Despite arresting him on charges of belonging to a cell that had pledged allegiance to the Islamic State following the operations of the "Ighbariyah brothers" and "Brother Abu al-Qiâtani”may Allah accept them”the Jewish intelligence services were unable to identify him. Nevertheless, they continued their investigation into the case without success, to the extent that Jewish officials described it as "one of the most difficult cases in Jerusalem in recent years," as they completely failed to find any evidence leading to the perpetrator, who acted based on "latent motives" that he translated into action on the ground.
These latent motives differ entirely from the motives of criminal serial killers, despite Jewish attempts to categorize our lone jihadist accordingly. In his case, the motive for serial killing was neither "psychological," "financial," nor "for spectacle"—none of those earthly, worldly motives. Rather, his motive was ideological and rooted in religious law, as explicitly stated in our noble religion through the Quran and Sunnah, as in Allah's words:
"And kill them wherever you find them" (Quran 2:191).
The meaning, as explained by Imam al-Tabari, is: "Kill them wherever you can, and target their vulnerable points." Allah also commanded regarding Jews and Christians:
"Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day... until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued." (Quran 9:29)
Alongside these verses of jihad and combat, there are also prophetic narrations that encourage jihad, describing its virtue, honor, and supreme status, emphasizing that it is the means to lift humiliation and oppression from Muslims and the only path to their strength and victory.
Our serial jihadist was fully transparent about his motives when he was captured, telling his interrogators: "I decided that the Islamic State is my path. I wanted to kill Jews, and I chose to do it alone so that it remains an act between me and my Lord."
We believe this young Muslim obeyed Allah's command to fight the Jews out of religious devotion. He internalized and acted upon the official and supportive media incitement of the Islamic State, applying its directives by selecting easy prey to slaughter in their own homes. He repeated these acts until he was eventually captured after years of exhausting and unsettling the Jewish government.
Yet, despite his actions, no one celebrated him in "nationalist gatherings"! The "heroes" of nationalist resistance did not honor him! This is because he fought against Judaism as a false religion, in obedience to Allah's command to combat them”not merely because they occupied the land. While others were preoccupied with reclaiming part of the land, he focused on the entire struggle and the divine law of its Creator, its Bestower, and its Blessed One. The land, therefore, became a means, not an ultimate goal.

According to local sources, the Pakistani security forces conducted an operation in which around 12 militants belonging to the HGB group (Hafiz Gul Bahadur group) who reportedly crossed into Pakistan from Afghanistan were killed in North Waziristan's Dattakhel town/district while 4 other militants were injured.
According to Military sources only 9 bodies of the militants were recovered.
Local sources state that a Pakistani Lance belonging to the Pakistani security forces named Naik Muhammed Ibrahim was also killed in the operation.
