We should have a press release tomorrow, or Monday for $NEWS. It was submitted today. Will post a video to provide more color next week. We had a press release about our M&A pipeline ready last Tuesday but Canadian regulators would not allow it released, unless there was a signed agreement. Our intent was to provide transparency into our M&A process - rather than a suprise which causes investors to miss out. What this really means is that IF/WHEN a transaction is announced....let's just say it could potentially be VERY bullish for the stock. Signed deal could come in the next 2-3 weeks. There is nothing guaranteed, but we are moving forward on a number of very, let's just say "compelling" opportunities with ecommerce companies in the watch space, that could be transformative for $news. Again - nothing signed..still in early stages. But it is my sincere belief that shareholders are PARTNERS in a business and have a right to know what is going on in the business, and where things are going. It is also my sincere belief that thr job of EVERY public company CEO/Chairman is to make the shareholders RICH. And I'm not talking about a baisc 100%-1,000% increase in stock price...I'm talking +100X potential. That should be the focus. You need to aim for the stars. If you miss, at least you'll get to the moon.
