ADDITIONAL INFO ABOUT THE ONGOING CONFLICT BETWEEN CHINA, RUSSIA AND THE WEST

By deploying large amounts of offensive equipment along the border, Moscow does not need to shoot a single bullet to trigger concessions from Kiev and elsewhere.

Very similar to China's ongoing probe strategy against Taiwan.

And with more and more Kiev/NATO cooperation, this negative feed back loop is more likely to be felt across the entire theater; not just Eastern Ukraine.

We've already seen this through a significant uptick in NATO interceptions this week.

The frozen conflicts of Europe and elsewhere are ultimately an excellent case study into the future of hybrid warfare. The ability for Moscow to heat/cool tensions with an adversary through a de-facto proxy state is far more effective than any ground invasion.
