I went from going to the gym 6 days a week to doing 0 exercise whatsoever when the pandemic hit and gyms were closed.
Then I REALLY started to neglect myself after the election. I have spent the last year in a computer chair deteriorating and rotting my spine.
Today was the first day I found the motivation to do a crossfit style workout in my garage.
I feel great!
Do you know what this means? Time to convince my wife to let me buy some more workout equipment. 😅
I need to be strong to defeat the deep state.

I feel like Trump purposely endorses swamp rats. I mean he brags how they always get elected by his endorsement but they end up being bad apples. Trumps endorsement of someone means nothing to me.

I think Trump is trying to teach us not to follow OTHER PEOPLES endorsements and do to our own research and trust our own intuition. “OTHER PEOPLES” includes his own endorsements. Gotta throw in some bad apples along with some good ones so we learn our lessons the hard way. Apparently some of us like to do things the extra-hard way!
