Right to Life, Travel, Speech, Privacy & Private Property:

The 'Trial by Jury' is an ancient process.

It involves the Jurors & Jury using their Conscience, determining Right & Wrong, & assessing a number of elements:
Is the accusation a 'Crime', e.g did it involve Harm to another living Man or Woman:

Based on the 'Hearing' & the Evidence, is the accusation, True or False.

The important role of the Jury is to assess the 'accusation' made against the living Man or Woman & also assess the 'document' it is based on, whether 'legislation', 'act' etc, if this is a Lawful accusation or document.

If not, Juries have the duty to deem the 'accused' INNOCENT & also 'NULLIFY' the accusation document, whether 'legislation', 'act' etc for causing Harm to ONE Man or Woman as a Precedence to defend their Inalienable Rights & Freedoms in Law.

The Man or Woman deemed Innocent, can then assess whether the 'Accuser' 'Knew or should have Known', the accusation or 'legislation' was false & Unlawful.

The 'Trial by Jury' comes from ancient times to defend Men & Women's Freedoms, Innocence & Honour, as a Bulwark against the making of FALSE written documents, 'legislation', accusations.

This is called Malfeasance & is the Criminal offence of trying to make false 'legislation' when 'police', 'justices', 'politicians' etc 'knew or should have known', for example when 'legislation' infringes on Inherent & Inalienable Rights & Freedoms, such as to Life, Travel, Speech, Privacy, Private Property.

The access to 'Trial by Jury' is ancient, & was known & practiced throughout the world.

As William Keytes discusses, it was a cherished foundation of England in the many centuries BEFORE written documents, before any 'Constitution', before the 1215 Magna Carta, etc

From ancient times, a Maxim of Law is:
'Innocent until proven Guilty by a Jury of Peers'.

In Law, for a Criminal offence, there will be allegations of a Crime, which must involve Harm done by a Man or Woman, who is alive, to another Man or Woman.

The individual Jurors & Jury together decide if allegations are True or False.

The individual Jurors & Jury together decide on Innocence or Guilt based on the Evidence & weighing what they hear & each making the important decision in good conscience.

The responsibility of being a Juror & participating in a 'Trail by Jury' is one of the responsibilities of Men & Women in Law & in their community.

Making false allegations of Criminal Offences causes Harm, by attempting to damage the Honour, & the Reputation of other Men & Women, or to attempt to Infringe on their Inherent Rights & Freedoms.

The individual Jurors and the Jury also assess if the accusation of a 'Crime' is Lawful.
They assess the Accusation.
They assess the 'written documents', such as 'legislation', 'statutes', 'acts' etc

'Knew or should have known', if the Jury deem the 'written documents'/'legislation' contradict the 'Right to Travel' etc, they Jury can 'Nullify' the 'legislation'. This is a 'Precedence' in Law.

If the Jury deems the 'accusation' was NOT 'criminal'.
The Jury can 'Nullify' 'legislation', so no other man or woman is FALSELY accused.
The Jury can deem the 'legislation' UNLAWFUL and NULLIFY it.

Then the Jury can assess the 'Accuser' for example, a Lawful Police Constable 'Knew or should have Known' their accusation was
Lawful & True
or
Unlawful & False.

The accuser who 'Knew or should have Known' the accusation this Man or Woman made was NOT a Lawful Crime, can be assessed by 'Trial by Jury' for the crime(s) of Malfeasance, Fraud and or Deception etc

'Trial by Jury' is how people for centuries protect themselves from Corruption, abuse of positions of 'police', 'justices' etc.

Law versus legal: 'Trial by Jury' (Part 6)

'Trial by Jury' is Lawful today & is how Communities for Millennia have developed a Lawful, Fair & Locally Implemented Process to prevent Men & Women causing Harm to others in their Communities.

Maxims of Law/Principles of Law:
No one is above the Law:
Act in Honour:
Do No Harm:
Knew or Should have Known:
Innocent until proven Guilty:
Ignorance of the Law is no Excuse:
Liability for ALL Actions & Omissions:
Fraud unravels ALL:

Hippocratic Oath:
First Do No Harm:
Cannot administer a Poison:

Simply put:
Every Man & Woman have a Inherent & Inalienable Right to Life.
Put another way:
People cannot 'Get away with Murder'.

Communities know Justice & Law will have to be restored locally & Lawfully to prevent People in Cherished Positions causing Harm to our vulnerable loved ones by their Actions & Omissions.
