Supreme Court ruling Hardly anyone noticed that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. won the case against all the pharmaceutical lobbyists. Covid vaccines are not vaccines. In the ruling, the Supreme Court confirms that the damage caused by Covid mRNA gene therapies is irreparable. As the Supreme Court is the highest court in the United States, there are no further appeals and the appeals have been exhausted.  Robert F. Kennedy emphasised in an initial statement that this was a success that was only possible thanks to the international cooperation of a large number of lawyers and scientists. Of course, this judgment opens up something internationally, especially here in Switzerland, this judgment should make waves, because Switzerland has a special position here with its federal constitution.  On the one hand, the Nuremberg Codex in the constitution with Article 118b, and the misuse of genetic engineering in humans is prohibited in Switzerland, according to Article 119 of the Federal Constitution.  This is supplemented by Article 230bis of the Criminal Code,  ... Thus, the perpetrators risk up to 10 years in prison.  But this judgment should also make the rest of the world sit up and take notice, because the Nuremberg Code is internationally valid and is also included in Article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. In the case of criminal charges, the statement must include a reference to the Contergan scandal in order to give special weight to the importance of this charge. Law versus legal: Focus on Irish Courts (Part 1):

While this has significant implications, this may provide the rationale, explanation and solution for why Harm and Death in éiꭆe/Ireland is not being investigated Lawfully.
Solution focussed: Restoring Lawful Irish Courts may address many of the issues affecting People in Ireland, including the Lawful and correct investigation into Harm and Deaths in Clinical Trials and Lawfully holding People accountable.
Some important fundamental questions:
Are the Irish Courts operating Lawfully?
Do the Irish Courts have correct vestiture?
Are the ‘Police’ in éiꭆe/Ireland (Garda) employed Lawfully in éiꭆe/Ireland?

If the answer is NO. This is a serious issue for Irish society. It may be similar in other countries. Educating people and addressing this serious issue, could result in restoring Law and Lawful accountability in éiꭆe/Ireland, including Lawful investigation of the Harm, Adverse Events, and Deaths, including on Clinical Trials to stop the Unlawful continuation of these Clinical Trials and the resulting Unlawful Harm and Death.
There is a special CRIMINAL offence reserved for men and women ‘dressed up’ as ‘Police’ and ‘Judges’ who engage in Unlawful Actions and Omissions, called Malfeasance, upon conviction is up to 20 years/lifetime in prison.
Ignorance of the Law is NO excuse. Every man and woman is Innocent until proven Guilty.
In Law, one Precedence example is all that is necessary. Holding these men and women accountable is performed using three fundamental criteria:
1) Lawful Courts
2) ‘Trial by Jury’
3) Lawful employment of Police, Justices, etc

‘Trial by Jury’ is Lawful today. The knowledge of how ‘Trial by Jury’ operates is fundamental.
No one is above the Law. All men and women are Innocent until proven guilty.
Every man and women are liable for their ACTIONS and their OMMISSIONS, particularly where this causes HARM. The investigation of Death, if not correct, can result in future deaths. Those who do not investigate death, hold the liability, criminally, personally, financially, of contributing to deaths by their failure to perform their Lawful duty.
