Today, July 18, 2022, we have just received JUDGMENT 645/2022 FROM THE SUPERIOR COURT OF JUSTICE OF ASTURIAS, ADMINISTRATIVE CONTENTIOUS CHAMBER, where it has estimated the claims of the LIBERUM ASSOCIATION, and has declared NULL BY FULL LAW THE SANITARY PROTOCOL OF THE PRINCIPALITY OF ASTURIAS that imposed diagnostic tests (PCR and antigens) on NON-VACCINATED PROFESSIONALS AND RESIDENTS. These tests were required when they entered the centers, when they had to go to work, when they left the residences, as well as when they established isolation of hosts of the center. It is a victory for the LIBERUM Association and the LIBERUM LEGAL TEAM, in defense of the human and fundamental rights of the entire ASTURIAN and SPANISH society, which we share with all of you.
