Bad News: The FDA has approved the first GMO cow for human food consumption. The GMO short-haired cow was created using risky genetic engineering technology called CRISPR. But industry has managed to lobby its way to de-regulation of CRISPR-created (aka gene-edited) organisms so there will be no GMO label required. They haven't been safety tested and there is no proof the meat is safe to eat.

The short-haired gene is "naturally occurring" which means that there are natural short-haired cows. If short-haired cows already exist, then why are these crazy people genetically engineering cows? Breeding them naturally wouldn't allow the cattle to be patented and they wouldn't be able to pad their profits. There is no need for these GMO cows and we call BS.
