A simple web search among the publications of recent years can bring a lot of interesting things. For example - confirmation that
a) the Americans and not only americans are absolutely aware of the neo-Nazi military units actively operating on the territory of Ukraine,
b) the Americans have been financing the Armed Forces of Ukraine for a long time,
c) the Americans in Congress have repeatedly raised the topic "how to do that the weapons we supply to Ukraine don't fall into the hands of the neo-Nazis?' and even tried to pass the relevant lawsโฆ.

Some argue that medicine and science must not get enmeshed in politics, staying above the fray to protect their independence and credibility. Other defenders of business-as-usual say the pharmaceutical industry deals in health and aids the vulnerable. Humanitarianism requires continued interaction with Russia.
I think both arguments fail. Pharma should follow the lead of other Western companies and suspend their involvement with Putin's Russia.

"IF PEOPLE KNEW HISTORY AND UNDERSTAND POLITICS", part 1
Demilitarizationโ is not a fictitious term, it is enshrined in international law and in UN definitions, doesn't have any aggressive goals, doesn't include actions to destroy infrastructure as a goal, doesn't imply confrontation with the civilian population.
That is why, after the first publications and statements by the West, using the term 'war', the UN adjusted the wording to 'conflict' and 'military operation'.

The Current Experiment: Year One
In the early days of the Pandemic Era, our superintendents and wardens took control over all aspects of daily life. They costumed us in masks. Minor pleasures, as well as basic acts such as spending time with family and friends were redefined as privileges. They created fear. They instilled boredom and frustration. They created a notion of arbitrariness, that our lives were totally controlled by them, by the system. We were their prisoners. We were their playthings.
In the early days of the Pandemic Era, there werenโt true guards or arbitrary groupings beyond authorities and prisoners โ at least not any with which many truly came to identify.
Yet, most people throughout much of the United States, at least, never quite experienced that level of direct tyranny.
