Russia's official speech before the UN Security Committee (with the provision of all related documentation) - a report on biological agents developed in the laboratories of Kyiv, Kharkov and Odessa with funding from the US Department of Defense.
Pathogens of various types, ranging from influenza with a lethality of 50%, to various types of smallpox, etc., methods of distribution - birds, fleas, rodents. Coronaviruses with a chain of transmission ‘from bats to humans’ are also mentioned.
Such military developments violate the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) of 1972-1975, as the Russian representative of Russia to the UN directly stated.

A simple web search among the publications of recent years can bring a lot of interesting things. For example - confirmation that
a) the Americans and not only americans are absolutely aware of the neo-Nazi military units actively operating on the territory of Ukraine,
b) the Americans have been financing the Armed Forces of Ukraine for a long time,
c) the Americans in Congress have repeatedly raised the topic "how to do that the weapons we supply to Ukraine don't fall into the hands of the neo-Nazis?' and even tried to pass the relevant laws….
