Since December 2020, the organizers of COVID-19 have been preparing an event - a special session of the World Health Assembly (WHA). At this session, it is planned to adopt the "pandemic agreement". This agreement contains mechanisms that will blow up all national legislation and give WHO the broadest possible mandate.

The documents discussed:
- the sole right of WHO to announce the onset of the next "pandemic";
- abolition of the rule of human rights in the event of the onset of "pandemi
- radical restrictions on the rights of trade unions;
- endowing NPOs and other undefined structures with the right to participate on an equal basis with states in the establishment of international laws;
- countries are obliged to request external assistance if they cannot cope with the "pandemic" on their own.
