Take a short breathing pause 🙏
1. Use the abdomen when inhaling and not the chest. To breathe high up is stressful for the body.
If you can take off shoes to place feet flat on ground. Loose any tight waist belt.
2. Activate your deep breathing by placing your middle finger on the pit of the sternum (sternum) approximately between the nipples. Press lightly and if you want, massage gently, because it activates deep breathing right away.
3. Hold for about half a minute while taking a few deep breaths, using nasal breathing.
4. Then just sit still in Silence a few minutes, to integrate and just listen to your body, within... 🍃
