Because having overweight and obesity tend to generate upwards of 1,000 times more aerosol particles than their normal-weight counterparts, scientists say in this new study published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences suggests.

The Times made an article that definitely is bashing obesity-elder, not OK! Now I get your point... my apologies.
But I want to add that overweight is linked to chronic inflammation, and the more inflammation the more pathogenic life forms, like bad bacteria, fungus and virus, will thrive and/or is created. So it’s a good thing to eat anti-inflammation foods.
