"State of the Nation: Covid Lawsuit filed in Canada"

The news report that a lawsuit filed by Robert F Kennedy Jr, Prof Dolores Cahill and myself for crimes against humanity has been accepted by Canada's highest court is false.

There is no lawsuit filed by these three - although cooperating with each other. The lawsuit published in this context is a class action filed by the Canadian lawyer Michael Swinwood, who cooperates with me, and which is now dependent in the second instance in Canada.

1. the laboratory in Wuhan was engaged in a US-funded project that involved so-called “gain of function” experiments on Coronaviruses.
2. China’s leading expert on bat viruses, Dr. Shi Zheng-li or “Bat Lady”, set out to create novel coronaviruses with the highest possible infectivity for human cells.
3. The evidence that the Wuhan lab simply was not secure.
