LIARS & CHEATERS:
The lab of Karolinska (the largest lab in Stockholm, Sweden) has changed the analysis from March, 2021. Now the PCR-test for Sars-Cov-2, influenza A and B, and RS-virus are all combined in the same PCR-test.

Before the influensa A, B and RS-virus came in one PCR-test. I haven't checked the other labs of Sweden but most likely all of them will follow the same standard procedure.
