Hello this is a short talk about the importance of being human beings - not human stressing! With my 3 min simple BVA-exercise — stimulating:
1. deep Breathing by touching 1 minute the sternum with your fingertips held together.

2. Vagus-activation: Calm the body by touching vagus nerve point just under neck (just where head attaches and the back starts) one minute. Fingers together like a flower.

3. Abdomen: Calming the tummy 1 min by massaging clockwise the abdomen under the navel, gives also oxytocin. 80% of communication goes from belly to brain!

So doing this 3 min every day - whenever you need it - will swith you back into being a Human Being! ❤️😊🙏🏻
