As of June 29th, 2023, the discretionary review hearing on Dr. Eggleston's case 397319, originally set for July 13, is now scheduled for August 10.

Today, the Washington Chapter of Children's Health Defense has launched.

Huge new court case against PeaceHealth and Gov. Inslee filed in Federal court Friday Aug. 18th. 64 plaintiffs originally claimed 10 violations. An amended filing now has 82 plaintiffs.
