WhatsApp has updated the Recipient limit.
What does it mean? If you delete a message for everyone, but the recipient won't receive the revoke request within 13h, 8m, 16s (maybe because the phone was off), the message will not be revoked.

This is a protection against modded users that revoked messages sent weeks, months and years ago without limitations.

You can still delete a message for everyone within 1h, 8m, 16s as long as the recipient will receive your revoke request within 13h, 8m, 16s.

NEWS:
In WhatsApp beta for Android 2.18.310, WhatsApp has added a very important improvement to send/receive stickers. It’s the last piece of the puzzle!

In according to a few reports, the feature that allows to automatically play consecutive voice messages should be enabled within 14 hours or in the next update.

As above mentioned, WhatsApp is rolling out now the possibility to automatically play consecutive voice messages (IOS)!

How to quickly enable? Back up your chat history and reinstall WhatsApp (restoring from the backup), if the feature isn’t already enabled for you.

A: There are 2 possibilities:
1) WhatsApp will show specific ads based on businesses you chat with (WA know which contacts you chat with thanks to metadata, otherwise the server cannot know the message where needs to be forwarded to).
2) Initially, you see random ads of your country. When you open a link of the ads, WhatsApp learns about preferences and starts to show ads of that target.

Just an idea.

WhatsApp will let us know about the method in a future blog post. Note that any method won’t break end-to-end.

I've recently announced that Dark Mode and Touch ID will be available in WhatsApp in future.

Dark Mode and app protection will be available for Android as well. WhatsApp is used to implement the same features in any platform, also if sometimes it needs some months.

But.. if you think that Dark Mode and Touch ID are the best features WhatsApp is currently developing at moment, you're wrong.
There are some other new features not announced yet. Personally, they are more important than Dark Mode and Touch ID. Really.
