VLF initially had global testing and made this server for the english fans of the game.
And an english version of their website.
Now that is all gone, and they dont seem to be in contact much with this server's admin any more.
Possoble reasoning could be that since pes gave rights for netease to make pes version for china, they cannot globally release VLF because it may compete with efootball.
It is a fully chinese game right now.
English customer support email gives same generic responses when you ask about it.
