🔶Ceftriaxone crosses the placenta.
🔶Category B
🔶Based on available data, cephalosporin antibiotics are generally considered compatible for use during pregnancy.

🔶Ceftriaxone is recommended for the treatment of gonococcal infections, Lyme disease, and may be used in certain situations prior to vaginal delivery in patients at high risk for endocarditis.

🔶Although try to avoid it close to the time of delivery, because ceftriaxone late in pregnancy could cause a condition called kernicterus.

🔶Available data from published prospective cohort studies, case series& case reports over several decades in pregnant women have not established a drug-associated risk of major birth defects, miscarriage, or adverse maternal or fetal outcomes

🔶The estimated background risk of major birth defects and miscarriage for the indicated population is unknown.

🔶Ceftriaxone should not be used as an alternative agent in penicillin-allergic pregnant patients for the treatment of maternal syphilis or the prevention of congenital syphilis.

🔶In animal reproduction studies, no adverse developmental effects were observed when ceftriaxone was administered to pregnant rats at doses up to approximately 2.8 times clinical dose of 2 g/day.

🔶Present in human milk.
🔶Ceftriaxone is considered compatible with breastfeeding when used in usual recommended doses.
🔶There are no data on effects of drug on breastfed child or on milk production.

50 ملغم لكل كيلو غرام كحد اقصى ولجرعة واحدة

• من عمر 15 يوم - 12 سنة اقل من 50 كيلوغرام
80ملغم لكل كيلو غرام كحد اقصى ولجرعة واحدة

• البالغين وكبار السن اكثر من 50 كيلوغرام
1-2 غرام ..كحد اقصى 4 غرام لجرعة واحدة

**يصرف بحذر تحت 28 يوم خصوصا اذا كان الطفل يعاني من ارتفاع البيليروبين (ابوصفار) او اعطاء الطفل محلول يحتوي على الكالسيوم مثل الرنكر

مثل خزانة الملابس بالشتاء تكون مليانة وكلها ملابس ثخينة وصوف
اما بالصيف ملابس خفيفة ومريحة وماكو داعي للصوف بالصيف

بالشتاء تحتاج مرطب ثقيل وتغذية أكثر كثافة

اما بالصيف تحتاج ترطيب خفيف لان طبيعة البشرة تنتج زيت بالطقس الحار والرطب

ميحتاج نزيد عليها ، لازم نبقيها خفيفة وهادئة ومنعشة
