The African Union has opened applications for the 3rd Cohort of the AU Digital & Innovation Fellowship.
This 12-month immersive program selects 12 tech-skilled young professionals to work within the African Union system, contributing directly to Africa’s digital transformation at the intersection of technology, policy, and innovation.
Following two successful cohorts that delivered measurable impact across AU systems, the Fellowship continues to strengthen digital infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, and embed innovation across departments.

We had an incredible time celebrating International Women’s Day with Women Techmakers under the theme “Breaking the Pattern in Tech.”
Together, we welcomed 200+ participants for a day of learning, inspiration, and innovation — from technical workshops to a Vibe Coding Hackathon.
A highlight was the inspiring fireside chat with Kidist Tesfaye, CEO of YeneHealth, alongside an amazing panel and workshop facilitators who shared insights and created space for learning and collaboration.
