We are looking for a highly 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝, 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥-𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝, and 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 gig worker Onboarding Specialist to join our SupplyForce Team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new gig workers to the company’s system, verifying their documents, and supporting weekend dispatch operations to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Manage the incoming pipeline of gig workers from different sectors.
- Handle onboarding for new gig workers and ensure all required documents (ID, license, agreements, photos, etc.) are complete.
- Update daily onboarding progress in our internal tools (ESM/GSPM).
- Work with the scheduling officer to follow up on any missing or incomplete documents.
- Provide weekend dispatch support for incoming service requests.
- Assist the dispatch team during busy hours when extra help is needed.
- Prepare and submit a daily report on new and pending gig workers.
- Keep all records organized and accurate.
- Communicate clearly with gig workers about scheduling, onboarding steps, and job expectations.

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Clear and professional communication (written & verbal)
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Ability to manage sensitive documents with accuracy
- Experience working with any CRM tool, Telegram, and Homebase
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Flexible to support weekend operations and occasional off-hour needs
- Prior experience in onboarding, customer support, or operations is a plus
