Fasting, Autophagocytosis, DNA Repair, Stem Cells & More

I've been an avid fan of fasting for more that 23 years and you've probably heard me talking about it over the past 3 years a lot!❤️

Early on I didn't know that this was the most powerful natural means of healing, as I did it more for spiritual pursuits.

Heck, once I fasted for over 30 consecutive days!

I just started a fast and am only 12 hours in, zero calorie all the way...only way.

So when does fasting begin at the cell level?

The hour clock begins from the last calorie consumed, but more accurately fasting begins when cells begin the process of autophagocytosis which is felt as hunger.

(Note: Peak Autophagocytosis, where DNA Repair takes place happens when Ketone Bodies are made, which can take more than a day of zero calories)

Knowing when things begin and what sensation you feel helps you listen to the language of your body.

Examples...Meditation begins when you salivate...Exercise begins when you sweat...Fasting begins when you are hungry.

Your body is AMAZING and when you know its language you can participate in the process of natural healing.

For the next 60 to 108 hours, I will have only water, unsweetened tea, or mineral salts in water. All zero calories. No carbs, No protein, No fats.
