Theo then reads the death toll of Palestinian children since October 7.

Kennedy fires back and says there’s a problem with his source:

THEO: “It feels like [Israel] are the bullies of the area. It feels like they’re the terrorist organization.”

KENNEDY: “A lot of people believe that. Hamas attacked Israel and the Israelis fight back, and they took over the Gaza Strip. And yes, a lot of Palestinians got hurt.”

THEO: “Not got hurt, got killed.”

KENNEDY: “Got killed and hurt. But Hamas would hold the Gazans hostage. They would put them out front.”

THEO: “But how do we even know that? They killed 220-something journalists that went there to document what was going on.”

KENNEDY: “There’s no question there’s been civilian deaths.”

THEO: “They wouldn’t let journalists in to even document what was happening there.”

KENNEDY: “There have been civilian deaths, but it is primarily the fault—I’m not saying Israel is blameless. Look, war is ugly.”

THEO: “But is this war?”

KENNEDY: “It is war.”

THEO: “You think it’s war? They just had an article yesterday that came out from the UN… Here are some findings of the commission. Israel has killed 20,000 children and injured 44,000 more since October 7, 2023. Palestinian children have been arrested and subjected to torture and other severe forms of mistreatment in Israeli prisons. This is all part of… United Nations.”

KENNEDY: “Well, first, I wouldn’t believe it if it came from the UN.”

THEO: “Oh, really? Do you feel like they’re not reliable?”

KENNEDY: “They’re not reliable. They’re not objective. And I know children got killed, and it breaks your heart. Hamas kills children, too. So does Hezbollah. So does Iran.”

Lydia Moynihan refuses to back down after Abby Phillip trashes Trump’s birthright citizenship executive order as “bad politics.”

Phillip is sure she has it right and refuses to move on. Here’s how the exchange unfolded:

PHILLIP: “They wanted to change birthright citizenship via executive order. That seems like bad politics, bad optics. Maybe both.”

MOYNIHAN: “I mean, we already know that foreign adversaries are exploiting this. There’s been 1.5… Chinese CCP babies who’ve been born in the U.S. 1.5 million people who’ve come…”

PHILLIP: “I’ve never seen the number be that high.”

MOYNIHAN: “The New York Post has reported on it. So that’s an issue that we know our foreign adversaries…”

PHILLIP: “Are you talking about Chinese nationals who come here? You realize that not all of them are here to give birth…”

MOYNIHAN: “Okay, well, we can argue about the numbers. That’s the number that’s been reported.”

PHILLIP: “I’m arguing. I’m arguing. Hold on, Lydia. I’m arguing about the numbers because the numbers matter. This is a country of hundreds of millions of people. And if you are talking about a number of people that is in the tens of thousands, where there are already laws that address this issue, that should be part of the conversation.”

MOYNIHAN: “There’s still birth tourism schemes that are advertised all over the world.”

PHILLIP: “I understand that. Back in the day, early in my career, 2015, there was a huge birth tourism crackdown. I covered that. This has been going on for a long time. But what is the scale? What is the true scale? Lydia, I’m telling you, if we are being truthful, the true scale is not 1.9 million…”

MOYNIHAN: “1.5.”

MOYNIHAN: “…million Chinese people coming. We already know that that’s something that our foreign adversaries are using to exploit us. We already know that people who come and have a child… are using it on social welfare services. So why would we want more of that?”

PHILLIP: “How many people are we talking about, Lydia?”

MOYNIHAN: “I already mentioned the 1.5.”

PHILLIP: “You’re saying that all of the 1.5 million people… are coming for the sole purpose of utilizing our social services?”

MOYNIHAN: “Do you really want people whose parents are CCP citizens, who grow up in China, to come here and vote? Cause that is what birthright tourism and citizenship allow.”

The number Abby Phillip said she’d never seen comes from Peter Schweizer’s book “The Invisible Coup,” which estimates 750,000 to 1.5 million Chinese babies gained U.S. citizenship through the birthright loophole over 13 years. The numbers are not Schweizer’s but based on the Chinese government’s own internal estimates.

Once again, Phillip has no idea what she’s talking about.

Investigative journalist Steve Baker says the January 6 pipe bomber sat down in exactly two places the night before the devices were found.

When officers were sent out to search for the bombs, they checked exactly those two places, and “nowhere else.”

How did they know where to look? Baker says there’s only one explanation:

“The Capitol Police send out over their radio… they deploy their own counter-surveillance teams, three of them, two men each, to go out and look for other devices.”

“We find their car. We follow their car through the city, and it arrives at the Metro South parking lot right across the street from the RNC… Now they’re deployed to look for devices, right? This is their job.”

“They spend their entire stroll from Metro South over to, not the DNC, they go to Congressional Black Caucus Institute and walk right up to the bush, look under the bush. Two minutes later, they then find the bomb at the DNC.”

“The only two places that the hooded individual sat down the night before is the only two places they actually looked. They didn’t look under garbage cans, under cars. They didn’t look under other bushes. They looked nowhere else.”

“Tucker, this was a Capitol Police operation.”
