❗️В связи с распространением рядом СМИ недостоверной информации о действиях Вооруженных сил Российской Федерации на ЧАЭС сообщаем, что Постоянное Представительство Российской Федерации при международных организациях в Вене направило в Секретариат МАГАТЭ ноту, основное содержание которой таково:
🔵 Не соответствует действительности видеоролик «Ukrainians shocked by ‘crazy’ scene at Chernobyl after Russian pullout reveals radioactive contamination», сопровождающий публикацию телеканала CNN от 9 апреля 2022 года, в котором демонстрируются показатели дозиметра в помещении, где, как утверждается, находились российские военнослужащие, – 0,58 мкЗв/час. Для сравнения, естественный фон в различных точках Земли составляет от 0,1 до 1 мкЗв/час (в Москве – 0,1-0,3 мкЗв/час, в Хельсинки – 0,2-0,6 мкЗв/час). В случае круглосуточного облучения в течение 30 дней с интенсивностью 0,58 мкЗв/час накопленная эффективная доза составит порядка 0,4 мЗв. Это меньше половины допустимой годовой дозы для населения (1мЗв) и одновременно в 50 раз меньше допустимой годовой дозы для работника атомной промышленности (20 мЗв), а также сопоставимо с дозой, получаемой при разовой флюрографии грудной клетки (0,3 мЗв).
🔵 В упомянутом видеоматериале корреспондент CNN и сопровождающие его лица находятся в помещении в повседневной обуви, без средств защиты органов дыхания и рук, что указывает на осознание ими отсутствия реальной опасности.
🔵 Ложными являются тиражируемые украинскими и западными СМИ, а также ГП НАЭК «Энергоатом» утверждения «о неминуемом развитии острой лучевой болезни у российских военнослужащих после посещения Рыжего леса». Даже если бы такой факт имел место, то полученная дополнительная лучевая нагрузка была бы исключительно мала. Такие дозы не могли бы существенно навредить здоровью человека.
🔵 В публикации CNN демонстрируются показания дозиметра на границе Рыжего леса – 11,32 мкЗв/час. В этом случае накопленная эффективная доза в случае круглосуточного облучения в течение 30 дней составила бы порядка 8 мЗв. Это в 125 раз меньше дозы, вызывающей развитие острой лучевой болезни (1000 мЗв).
🔵 Не соответствуют действительности также заявления о якобы нанесенном российскими военнослужащими ущербе объектам, расположенным на территории площадки ЧАЭС, которую Вооруженные Силы Российской Федерации покинули ещё 31 марта 2022 года.
🔵 Сделанные во время пребывания российских войск на ЧАЭС фотографии, подтверждающие рабочее состояние помещений, а также аналитической лаборатории «Экоцентр», нормальные показатели радиационного фона на объекте, а также сохранность в должном состоянии соответствующей документации, включаю архивную.

📌 Information regarding fake news by some media aimed at showing in a negative way actions by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation at the Chernobyl NPP (ChNPP)
❗️In connection to the fact that some media are distributing fake news regarding actions by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation at the ChNPP the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation has sent a note verbale to the IAEA Secretariat. Its key points are as follows:
🔵 The footage conveying CNN publication of 9 April 2022 «Ukrainians shocked by ‘crazy’ scene at Chernobyl after Russian pullout reveals radioactive contamination» is not consistent with the reality. It is demonstrating dosimeter readings in the area where, as stated, Russian troops were located, – 0,58 µSv/hour. For comparison, natural radiation levels in different parts of the world are from 0,1 to 1,0 µSv/hour (in Moscow – 0,1-0,3 µSv/hour; in Helsinki – 0,2-0,6 µSv/hour). After 30 days of 24-hour irradiation with dose rate of 0,58 µSv/hour the accumulated effective dose would reach approximately 0,4 mSv. This is less that the half of the permissible annual dose for population (1 mSv), 50 times less than the permissible annual dose for nuclear workers (20 mSv) and is comparable to the dose received after one chest X-ray procedure (0,3 mSv).
🔵 In the mentioned footage a CNN reporter and accompanying persons are in a room, wearing ordinary shoes and without any respiratory protective equipment and gloves. This testifies that they recognize the absence of danger.
🔵 Statements on «inevitable development of radiation disease among Russian troops after visiting the Red Forest» circulated by the Ukrainian and the Western media, as well as by the NNEGC «Energoatom», are also false. Even if such a visit would have taken place, additional radiation burden would be extremely low and wouldn’t be able to do any significant harm to human health.
🔵 The CNN publication demonstrates dosimeter readings on the Red Forest border – 11,32 µSv/hour. In this case the accumulated effective dose after 30 days of 24-hour irradiation would reach approximately 8 mSv. This is also less than the permissible annual dose for nuclear workers (20 mSv) and 125 times less than the dose leading to an acute radiation disease (1000 mSv).
🔵 Statements on damage allegedly caused by Russian military personnel to facilities located on the site of the ChNPP, that was left by the Russian Armed Forces of the Russian Federation March 31, 2022, are not consistent with the reality either. The photos taken during the time when the Russian military forces were staying at the ChNPP are attached. They demonstrate working condition of premises of the ChNPP and the Analytical Laboratory “Ecocenter”, as well as normal radiation levels at the site and the fact that documentation, including archives, was preserved in due condition.

Представители киевского режима продолжают распространять инсинуации относительно пребывания российских военных на украинских ядерных объектах, что якобы нанесло ущерб ядерной и физической ядерной безопасности на Чернобыльской АЭС (#ЧАЭС) и Запорожской АЭС (#ЗАЭС).
Мы неоднократно опровергали лживые утверждения Киева о якобы имевших место случаях «мародёрства» на ЧАЭС и Центральной аналитической лаборатории «Экоцентр» в период нахождения там наших военных, росте уровня радиации в районе станции.
❗️ Достоверная информация об истинном положении дел на объектах не раз передавалась нами по линии МАГАТЭ.
Напоминаем также, что российские военные брали под контроль АЭС исключительно с целью обеспечения их безопасности.

Mechanisms for information attacks with a new thesis that target the public space have been launched in the West at the highest level in a transboundary and trans-format manner. The premise is primitive and completely horrifying: the Russians are threatening a nuclear war, and the Russians are waving the nuclear stick.
⁉️ Do I even need to say that this thesis is absolutely incorrect and false? Apparently, I do.
They are pushing this exact thesis because it plays on basic human fears, the experience of the older generation, which throughout the second half of the 20th century was bracing for the Third World War against global communism, and Western youth, for which their respective governments have come up with a new mechanism called “cancel culture” (cancelling everything Russian this time). Moreover, the West absolutely does not care what Moscow really says, and the meaning of words is distorted and outwardly perverted.
Let’s consider the specifics.
Two days ago, in his answer to a question by Dimitri Simes during an interview, Sergey Lavrov said literally the following 👉 full quote
What are the takeaways?
1. It was Russia that, with great difficulty, convinced the United States during lengthy talks to reaffirm the Gorbachev-Reagan formula that a nuclear war cannot be won and must never be fought.
2. It was Russia that persuaded the group of five nuclear nations to adopt a statement with the same content.
3. There are risks; they should not be blown out of proportion or underestimated.
We did everything possible to prevent a nuclear war, to create all the necessary obstacles on the way to slipping into this scenario (fortunately, they justified themselves during the Cold War and are working today), because we understand the real risks and threats posed by irresponsible behaviour in this area. We cannot allow the very thought of a nuclear war.
Now acting in the worst traditions of disinformation, Western officials are feeding the media, in a coordinated effort, fake news about Moscow’s alleged nuclear threats. The foreign ministries from the NATO countries started convincing the people in their countries that the Russians were “rattling their weapons.”

Notice how clumsy this was in terms of media work. First, all the put-up quotes against our country were repeated by the journalist, and then they were again mentioned by Ned Price. A presentation designed for a not too sophisticated public. No one even paid attention to what the Foreign Minister said about the risks and Russia’s attempts to prevent the unthinkable.
It’s unthinkable to us, but, mindful of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, it is, unfortunately, possible for our colleagues from overseas.
The next day, the media started mass brainwashing. The British tabloids (the Daily Mail and others) and the high-quality analytical US press, French television and German tabloid magazines started talking with one voice that Moscow was threatening with a Third World Nuclear War. And this was already being discussed in Europe; French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian said that the Russian Foreign Minister’s words were the “rhetoric of intimidation.”
I would like to ask this Frenchman whether he at least saw what Sergey Lavrov said? We have translated the interview.
Our country is against any nuclear war, and this is exactly what the Russian Minister said, and this is what guides our diplomacy in its work.
Could it be that the Western capitals read the interviews as presented by the Western media? This is the only thing that can justify their words. To avoid that, one should simply DON'T turn off alternative sources of information, and listen to what Russia has to say close to the original text, rather than as interpreted by your media under NATO guidelines.

❓ Австрия одной из последних, но всё-таки приняла решение о высылке российских дипломатов, поддерживает антироссийские санкции. Что происходит на этом фоне с российско-австрийскими отношениями?
💬 Наши отношения с Австрией в последние месяцы подвергаются весьма серьезной проверке на прочность. Официальная Вена, как известно, безоговорочно встроилась в деструктивную линию Запада, поддержала все пакеты санкций. Хотя Австрия и включилась в «кампанию» шпиономании и высылки российских дипломатов действительно в последнем ряду, не утруждает себя какими-либо обоснованиями предпринимаемых шагов и получает соразмерный ответ. Работа практически всех двусторонних механизмов заморожена австрийской стороной. При этом адекватная реакция властей на разжигаемую в стране русофобию в самых различных проявлениях отсутствует.

🩸 27 апреля Совет молодых дипломатов МИД России совместно с Центральным военным клиническим госпиталем им. Вишневского провел приуроченную к Национальному дню донора в России акцию "День донора" в МИД.
🤝 На призыв протянуть руку помощи нуждающимся в крови или препаратах на ее основе откликнулось около ста сотрудников дипломатической службы.
☝️ Собранная в этом году кровь будет направлена в госпитали, оказывающие медицинскую помощь пострадавшим в ходе Специальной военной операции России на Украине, целью которой является защита людей, которые на протяжении восьми лет подвергаются издевательствам со стороны киевского режима.
🔹 Среди добровольцев оказались как те, кто раньше никогда ее не сдавал, так и опытные доноры, ежегодно принимающие участие в ставшей доброй МИДовской традицией акции.
💬 «Сдавая кровь, хочу внести свой небольшой вклад в восстановление наших военнослужащих, раненных при выполнении важной миссии по демилитаризации и денацификации Украины» - заявил П.В.Ильичёв, директор ДМО МИД России.

❗️ It is one of the greatest achievements in the field of disarmament.
▪️ Unfortunately after almost 20 years of its successful implementation the activities of OPCW were politicised.
▪️ Now OPCW is in a very poor shape.
