National Institutes of Health officials and researchers funded by Anthony Fauci are contributing to documentaries produced by Chinese Communist Party-run media outlets seeking to absolve the regime of blame for COVID-19. China Global Television Network (CGTN) relies on participation from American experts – even from the taxpayer-funded National Institutes of Health (NIH) – to grant a facade of credibility to its propaganda operation. The state-run broadcaster’s hour-long documentary – “The Next Pandemic” – posits that COVID-19 developed naturally, criticizing proponents of the “lab leak” theory as conspiracy theorists. To do so, the documentary relies on interviews with Chinese Communist Party-funded researchers including the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s “bat lady” Shi Zhengli and American academics with extensive ties to the Chinese Communist Party who prematurely insists the virus has a natural origin. Also key to the documentary’s anti-lab leak narrative is an interview with Director of the NIH Office of Emergency Care Research Jeremy Brown. The NIH official speaks to the severity of the 1918 influenza pandemic in the middle of the film:
“One of the most chilling aspects of the influenza virus was of course the realization that nobody knew what was killing them. They had no identification of what this bug was. People called it influenza, but they didn’t know what it was, how it was transmitted. They had some ideas, but really, and modern medicine was in its infancy even 100 years ago, and the disease would come on very, very quickly. It uncharacteristically targeted young, healthy adults.”

Vaccination certificate in Israel: fourth booster shot needed six months after third to be valid

Israel very quickly vaccinated a fairly large portion of the population in late December and January. Currently holding at 62 percent of the population considered "fully vaccinated," meaning they have received at least two doses. About 25 percent have already received the 3rd dose. In any case, as of Oct. 1, new rules will apply. A press release reports that Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz, Health Ministry Director General Prof. Nachman Ash, COVID-19 Commissioner Prof. Salman Zarka, and the ministry's head of public health services, Dr. Sharon Alroy-Preis, unveiled the new vaccination policy and green passport, which will take effect Oct. 1.

Who is considered vaccinated / recovered and protected?

🔴A person vaccinated with two doses of vaccine within 6 months of the second vaccination
🔴A person vaccinated with three doses of vaccine, one week after the third vaccination.
Individuals who have recovered from coronavirus illness within 6 months of the date of issuance of the certificate of recovery (a resolution to individuals who have recovered more than 6 months after recovery and have not been vaccinated is under review).
🔴Persons who have recovered from coronavirus disease and have received at least one vaccine dose.

Green passport - updates to the expiration date regulations

Effective Friday, Oct. 1, 2021, Green Passport expiration dates will be updated to reflect updated definitions for vaccinated/recovered individuals:

🔴A person who has been vaccinated with three doses: Green Passport remains valid for six months from the date of the third vaccination.
🔴A person who has been vaccinated with two doses: Green Passport remains valid for six months from the date of the second vaccination.
🔴A person who has recovered from a coronavirus disease: The Green Passport remains valid for six months from the date of the recovery certificate.

Grüner Reisepass - Aktualisierung der Bestimmungen zum Ablaufdatum

To accompany this statement, Wikileaks is also publishing a previously leaked engineering assessment of the alleged chemical attack in Douma, Syria on April 7th last year. This assessment was omitted in the final report by the OPCW, which does not support its findings.
WikiLeaks editor Kristinn Hrafnsson took part in the panel to review the testimony and documents from the OPCW whistleblower. He says: “The panel was presented with evidence that casts doubt on the integrity of the OPCW. Although the whistleblower was not ready to step forward and/or present documents to the public, WikiLeaks believes it is now of utmost interest for the public to see everything that was collected by the Fact Finding Mission on Douma and all scientific reports written in relation to the investigation.
We call out to people within the OPCW to leak these documents securely to us via wikileaks.org/#submit” One of the panel members was Dr José Bustani, the first Director-General of the OPCW, who concluded that: “The convincing evidence of irregular behaviour in the OPCW investigation of the alleged Douma chemical attack confirms doubts and suspicions I already had. I could make no sense of what I was reading in the international press. Even official reports of investigations seemed incoherent at best. The picture is certainly clearer now, although very disturbing”
In support of the OPCW’s original objectives, the panel called upon the organisation to re-establish its credibility and legitimacy by allowing ‘all inspectors who took part in the Douma investigation to come forward and report their differing observations in an appropriate forum of the States Parties to the Chemical Weapons Convention.“
