In the past week, one taboo-breaking followed the other. Red lines are falling by the second.

1 The most shocking for me was the attached letter from the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in Baden-Württemberg. They regret that there is currently no legal possibility to introduce 2G or 3G - i.e. to exclude unvaccinated people from medical treatment (except in emergencies):

"The fact is, according to the Federal Ministry of Health in particular, that there is currently no legal basis whatsoever that allows the 2G/3G rules as a prerequisite for medical treatment.

However, in compliance with its special obligation to protect vulnerable groups, the following approach is possible:
It is permissible to establish separate consultation hours, except for emergencies, for 2G/3G and others. The time and scope depend on the individual practice spectrum and may be determined by the practice owner, e.g. 3G consultation hours from 08.00 - 18.00; non 3G consultation hours from 07.00 - 07.10."

Of course, this does not make sense, because vaccinated people also carry the virus, so testing every day would make sense at best.

The KVBW is a public corporation and the supervisory authority is the Ministry of Social Affairs and Integration BW.

I hope that many turn to the responsible Minister Manne Lucha, his opinion on this inhumane request may interest the public.

2 Shocking was for me further the hatred the professional cyclist Kyle Warner experienced, because he reported from a suffered vaccination side effect of a heart muscle inflammation. He even had to end his career because of this side effect.

3. the first university - FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg - introduces 2G in lecture halls today. A decision that is unworthy of a place of education and spirit.

Side Facts:
To be more accurate, it's English Common Law. At one time, English Common Law was the foundation for what became American Common Law.

But Common Law in the US is no longer recognized or allowed in US Courts. The US judicial system only recognizes Statutory Law.

Defense Minister Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer (CDU) is encountering prolonged internal resistance to a Corona vaccination requirement for soldiers. Although, according to a ministry spokesman, she had advocated it "as early as spring" and "emphatically," "unfortunately, it has not been possible to date to obtain the approval of the participation committees," report the newspapers of the Funke-Mediengruppe (Monday editions). However, this approval is necessary.

Since September, an internal conciliation procedure has been underway between the head of the house and the so-called Gesamtvertrauenspersonenausschuss (GVPA). So far, only soldiers on foreign missions have to tolerate being vaccinated against Covid-19.
