🇵🇫 In French Polynesia, Dr. Theron was arrested in his hospital after prescribing ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine.

🔎 The official reason for the arrest is: "practicing medicine in an itinerant way". The doctor had been chased out of his practice and was treating his patients free of charge directly at their homes, which is apparently illegal.

📌 The old doctor fainted during the arrest, causing a disturbance between the population and the police. At the moment he is still in custody.

After Prince Andrew allegedly tried to evade service of Virginia Giuffe's lawsuit several times, he now managed to serve the documents on his lawyer in Los Angeles and the British High Court.

NY Post writes:

"An attorney for the accuser, Virginia Roberts Giuffre, filed documents late Monday showing that the lawsuit had been served in numerous legal ways on Andrew, whose attorneys disputed that earlier service was legally binding.

In her affidavit, attorney Sigrid McCawley produced receipts showing the documents were received by the British High Court at 8:27 a.m. Monday, a procedure approved by New York District Judge Lewis Kaplan.

The Duke of York's U.S. attorney, Andrew Brettler, also received the documents via Fed-Ex at 9:22 a.m., after emails had already been sent to him Friday, according to the documents.

Kaplan had approved both delivery methods as the middle son of Queen Elizabeth II was accused by Giuffre's lawyers of playing a "game of hide-and-seek behind palace walls" to dodge the looming lawsuit accusing him of assaulting Giuffre three times, starting when she was 17.

He even missed the birth of his daughter Princess Beatrice's first child to stay in the safety of his mother's Scottish estate, Balmoral, sources told The Sun.

"It appears that he was advised to hide and miss the whole thing.(.)"

In ihrer eidesstattlichen Erklärung legte die Anwältin Sigrid McCawley Quittungen vor, aus denen hervorging, dass die Dokumente am Montag um 8.27 Uhr beim britischen High Court eingegangen waren, ein Verfahren, das vom New Yorker Bezirksrichter Lewis Kaplan genehmigt wurde.

Der US-Anwalt des Herzogs von York, Andrew Brettler, erhielt die Dokumente ebenfalls per Fed-Ex um 9:22 Uhr, nachdem ihm bereits am Freitag E-Mails zugesandt worden waren, wie aus den Dokumenten hervorgeht.

Kaplan hatte beide Zustellungsmethoden gebilligt, als der mittlere Sohn von Königin Elisabeth II. von Giuffre's Anwälten beschuldigt wurde, ein "Versteckspiel hinter Palastmauern" zu spielen, um der drohenden Klage zu entgehen, in der er beschuldigt wurde, Giuffre dreimal angegriffen zu haben, als sie 17 Jahre alt war.
