Die spanische Menschenrechtsorganisation Liberum hat viel Aufsehen erregt. So war es beispielsweise ihre Klage, die den Covid-Pass als Eintrittskarte in die Innenräume von Bars und Restaurants in Galicien und auf den Kanarischen Inseln zu Fall brachte.

Doch jetzt wird es erst richtig spannend. Liberum hatte das spanische Gesundheitsministerium im Mai aufgefordert, den Nachweis eines isolierten, gereinigten Virus zu erbringen. Darauf gab es natürlich keine Antwort. Nun gibt es aber ein spanisches Gesetz, das die öffentlichen Stellen zur Auskunft verpflichtet.
Nach einigem juristischen Tauziehen ist es nun so weit: Ein Madrider Gericht hat das Gesundheitsministerium soeben angewiesen, innerhalb von 20 Tagen den Nachweis des Virus zu erbringen, wie Liberum auf Twitter mitteilte. Diese Frist ist ausdrücklich nicht verlängerbar.

- Das Tragen von Masken ist so ein Lala-Spiel - man muss es nicht tun, aber manche tun es. Ohne Maske wirst du in Target oder im Einkaufszentrum nicht angepöbelt oder blöd angeguckt.
- Impfkampagne ist vertreten, aber eher unterschwellig - bei Walgreens kann Man heute zum Constitution Day die Grippeimpfung kostenlos mit der Covid-Impfung erhalten
- Zunehmend tragen afroamerikanische Bürger und ältere Menschen eine Maske
- Auf den ersten Blick scheint DeSantis seinen Staat in Freiheit leben lassen zu können.
