2 prosecutors ask for the arrest of 9 STF ministers

In the Federal District, two retired prosecutors presented to the Military Prosecutor's Office news-crime asking for the arrest in flagrante delicto of nine ministers of the Supreme Court: Dias Toffoli, Luiz Fux, Gilmar Mendes, Ricardo Lewandowski, Cármen Lúcia, Rosa Weber, Roberto Barroso, Edson Fachin and Alexandre de Moraes.
According to prosecutors Wilson Koressawa and Getúlio Alves de Lima, the nine ministers commit crimes against the constitutional order:
"For being incurring the penalties of permanent and unassailable crimes against the constitutional order and the Democratic State of Law."

2 Staatsanwälte beantragen die Verhaftung von 9 STF-Ministern

Im Bundesdistrikt beantragten zwei pensionierte Staatsanwälte bei der Militärstaatsanwaltschaft die Verhaftung von neun Ministern des Obersten Gerichtshofs in flagranti: Dias Toffoli, Luiz Fux, Gilmar Mendes, Ricardo Lewandowski, Cármen Lúcia, Rosa Weber, Roberto Barroso, Edson Fachin und Alexandre de Moraes.
Nach Ansicht der Staatsanwälte Wilson Koressawa und Getúlio Alves de Lima begehen die neun Minister Verbrechen gegen die verfassungsmäßige Ordnung:
"Für die Verübung dauerhafter und unanfechtbarer Verbrechen gegen die verfassungsmäßige Ordnung und den demokratischen Rechtsstaat."
