🎼❤️‍🔥 #LeOrme have just published this beautiful video. The song is part of a heavenly suite completely dedicated to their hometown: Venice.

"Acqua di Luna" is contained in their last and final album released 2 months ago after a crowdfunding (this fact tells a lot about the "state of the art" nowadays!) as Le Orme & Friends, to conclude and celebrate a 55 year long career.

Drummer #MichiDeiRossi, today the only original member of Le Orme, is joined in this album by many musicians, most notably by former keyboardist #TonyPagliuca and by members of #Osanna.
#AldoTagliapietra, Le Orme founder, singer and guitarist, was invited but sadly (for us) declined.

They just announced the Farewell Tour in 2024 so... who knows, will we be able to see the 3 original members together again? 🙏

Happy Birthday to #CarolinaMorace, born here in Venice 60 years ago.

She is the best football (soccer) player #Italy has ever had and one of the world's best, a true pioneer for the entire female football movement!

She started playing in 1978 when female football was nothing (if not neglected) and never televised.
She has scored more than 100 goals for the Italian National Team, she is the only female to have scored 4 goals in a match in the legendary Wembley Stadium (again, not televised), plus hundreds of goals for the various clubs she played for.

After her career she became a respected football trainer (today she's training a London female team), she is the only woman to have trained a male team (Viterbese in Italian lower series) and she is one of the most in demand football commentators.

If today women football is a televised sport followed by millions around the world, this is thanks to figures like Carolina Morace from Venice 👏🤘
