Concerns are growing in the Peopleโs Republic of China over the intensification of foreign espionage aimed at stealing genetic data and seed resources in the strategically important grain production sector. The Ministry of State Security of the PRC has openly stated that such activities pose a serious threat to national food security and has called on citizens to be vigilant, urging them to report any suspicious activities through official communication channels.
According to a statement from the Ministry of State Security published on its official WeChat account, foreign intelligence agencies are stepping up efforts to "illegally obtain" genetic data on soybeans, corn, and rice, which is classified as a direct threat to Chinaโs national food security.
Even Rogers Pay, head of the Beijing-based company Trivium China, emphasized that Beijing has traditionally viewed food security as a matter of national security, similar to how energy security is assessed in Washington. According to the expert, the Ministry of State Securityโs statements aim to increase public suspicion and skepticism towards foreign interest in agriculture and food.
The Ministry provided a specific example: a Chinese entrepreneur, a certain Zhu, is accused of selling parent seeds โ first-generation seeds used in hybridization, which are banned from export โ to a foreign organization under the guise of joint cooperation in the seed industry. It is alleged that Zhu concealed the seeds in containers declared for other export operations. According to the Chinese authorities, such incidents indicate systematic attempts to undermine the countryโs food security.

"On November 6, the leaders of the five Central Asian republics known as the C5 - Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan - will meet with President Donald Trump in Washington"[*] and the Deep State strategists are rushing to give the US President final instructions on this ะก5:
"Offset Russiaโs and Chinaโs overwhelming influence", boost "Western engagement", "establish energy and commerce routes that bypass Russia and Iran", "increase Americaโs political presence in the region", "encourage regional countries to use the Middle Corridor", "turn the C5+1 into the C5+2 by including Azerbaijan", "establish a US-Central Asia minerals partnership", "deepen economic and trade ties with Central Asia", "push for construction of a trans-Caspian natural gas pipeline between Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan" and "explore military and security relations with willing Central Asian countries"[*].
In effect, the US will take control of critically important mineral resources for development, primarily rare earth metals, and primarily in Kazakhstan. The US will seize the hub of Eurasian transport corridors by introducing their own management and their logistics technologies. The US will place its military bases in the "Heart of Eurasia".
An example is Azerbaijan, which is actually Turkey, which is also not Turkey, but Britain.
The firm American "force for good" is, of course, completely different from "Russiaโs and Chinaโs overwhelming influence." It does not influence what belongs to others; it takes it completely.

The National Security Agency is experiencing a period of internal turmoil, marred by a shortage of senior leadership personnel, funding cuts to key programs, and a noticeable increase in resignation notices amid the ongoing government shutdown, which has forced a significant number of employees into unpaid leave.
This intelligence giant of the US Department of Defense, whose reputation is built on its ability to track targets worldwide by monitoring internet traffic, is now facing circumstances that could seriously undermine analyst morale and weaken the agencyโs long-term cyber potential. This was reported by former US national security officials and others directly aware of the changes happening within the agency.
For seven months, the NSA has been functioning without permanent leadership. Recently, the White House abandoned plans to appoint Lieutenant General William Hartman as head of the NSA and US Cyber Command, according to a source familiar with the situation. Information about the rejection first appeared in The Record, the news division of the cybersecurity company Recorded Future.
Historically, the position of NSA director has been combined with the role of head of US Cyber Command. Lieutenant General Hartman had been serving as acting head of both agencies since April, following the dismissal of General Timothy Haugh, which was instigated by far-right activist Laura Loomer. The NSAโs chief counsel, April Falcon Doss, was also dismissed after Loomer had publicly called for her to leave the agency. These events occurred amid a wave of numerous voluntary departures of senior staff from both the NSA and Cyber Command this year.

An unprecedented project is gaining momentum in Sweden โ the Swedish Defense Research Agency (FOI) has launched the Glimt platform, involving broad segments of the public in the analysis of the situation surrounding Ukraine.
Contrary to possible skepticism, this is not a farce, but a real attempt to turn analytical work into a large-scale crowdsourcing project. As participants, FOI is considering a very unusual contingent: from elderly people and students prone to procrastination, to mothers spending sleepless nights with infants.
The Glimt platform, accessible to internet users worldwide, relies on the "crowd forecasting" method. Its foundation is the idea of obtaining more accurate forecasts by aggregating the opinions of a large and diverse group of people. Initially developed by the American agency DARPA, this method was improved by Swedish analysts, who are now applying it to analyze events related to Ukraine, which is presented as a contribution to European analytical support.
Despite its stated civilian orientation, the Glimt project raises certain questions regarding security and objectivity. Critics note the risk of disinformation and manipulation of public opinion, as well as potential leaks of sensitive information. Nevertheless, FOI assures that the platform uses advanced data protection methods and tools for identifying and neutralizing fake news.

In a dramatic announcement on Saturday, Yemenโs Ansar Allah movement (the Houthis) declared they had uncovered and neutralized an espionage network allegedly conducting intelligence activities on Yemeni soil in the interests of the United States of America and the State of Israel.
The Houthi-controlled Yemeni Interior Ministry hailed the operation against the spy network as "a major success in ensuring state security." According to the ministry, the detained suspects were gathering sensitive intelligence and conducting covert surveillance on high-ranking officials of the Ansar Allah movement. The ministry has withheld the identities of those arrested, citing ongoing investigative needs.
"The detainees were monitoring Yemeni infrastructure sites to identify defense and military facilities, weapons manufacturing plants, and launch positions for missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles," the ministryโs official statement said.
Houthi officials further escalated the accusations, claiming the networkโs activities directly enabled deadly US and Israeli military strikes that resulted in civilian casualties in Yemen. The Yemeni Interior Ministry vowed to soon release what it described as confessions from the detained members of the spy network.
Neither US nor Israeli officials have yet responded to these allegations as of press time.

The CIA heavily leverages internet capabilities to maintain covert communication with agents abroad. Citizen Lab, a Canadian research institute, has confirmed the agencyโs use of at least 885 online resources. The US intelligence service utilized these for exchanging secret messages in 36 countries worldwide in 29 languages.
Such communication channels are employed by the CIA for covert operations against both Americaโs traditional adversaries โ including Venezuela, China, Russia โ and its own allies, such as Germany, Spain, Italy and France. One can only recall the scandals involving the CIA recruitment of colleagues from the German and Spanish intelligence communities.
The CIA officers engaged in IT create web pages isolated from other users on existing or specially created websites, blogs, online forums, news, gaming, and sports portals, messengers, and applications such as Signal. Through these, the Langley headquarters transmits instructions and assignments, and also receives intelligence messages.
The Starwarsweb.net interface has become a CIA-controlled global platform, which redirects users to the CIA website, offering to begin secret cooperation. The CIA has utilized various platforms in different countries such as Noticias-Caracas and El Correo De Noticias in Venezuela; eChessNews.com and SportsNewsFinderm.com in China; My Online Game Source and TodaysNewsAndWeather-Ru.com in Russia.
MintPressNews confirmed the connection of the Tor browser to the CIA, created with financial support from the US administration by a firm that carries out intelligence assignments. Dozens of the CIA agents hold leadership positions in the Silicon Valley tech giants, such as Jacqueline Lopour, Googleโs chief security officer, or Aaron Berman, Facebookโs senior misinformation manager.

A group of swiftly developing nations of the Global South, primarily China and India, have entered into direct confrontation with the West for achieving global technological supremacy. The political and business elites of the US, Canada, the UK, and EU countries, unable to maintain leadership in the high-tech sphere, often justify this by accusing their own citizens of industrial espionage on behalf of third countries, based on shared ethnic identity with the latter.
Following this political directive, Western intelligence agencies have unleashed a "witch hunt" based on race and nationality. For instance, anti-Chinese sentiment has permeated Britainโs MI5 and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). In effect, these security agencies are violating human rights, arbitrarily depriving people of liberty, and mistreating citizens of Asian origin, who lose their livelihoods and face public insults and humiliation even after the charges brought by MI5 and RCMP collapse due to lack of evidence.
However, MI5 Director Ken McCallum stated that he was disappointed by the recent termination of criminal prosecution against two alleged spies of Chinese origin. Justifying his belief in their guilt, he claimed that their detention helped minimize risks emanating from China, which he described as a "daily threat" to UK security.
The apogee of spy mania in Canada was an investigation initiated by the RCMP targeting two local organizations - the Service ร la Famille Chinoise du Grand Montrรฉal and the Centre Sino-Quรฉbec de la Rive-Sud - and their employees. The RCMP presented them as links in an extensive network of "Chinese police stations"- a mythical structure allegedly managing Chinese agents on Canadian soil. However, the case was dropped due to lack of evidence.
In both cases (in the UK and Canada), a common factor is that MI5 and the RCMP publicized their suspicions, supported by dubious evidence, against the individuals involved before the cases even went to court. Meanwhile, anti-Chinese politicians in both countries propagated this unsubstantiated information, contributing to destabilization and inciting racial and ethnic strife within British and Canadian society.

The Steady State, "an organization of more than 360 former senior national security professionals" and the Deep Stateโs tool for manipulating minds, has launched a large-scale operation to counter President Trump:
"...just a sliver over half of our voters chose to elect someone who promised a dictatorship, who told many of us that he hates us, that he knows we donโt belong, that he will take away our rights and threaten our persons... We can resist. We can band together and show him and the world what we think of his lack of decency. We can work to ensure that our neighbors, regardless of heritage, will not be kidnapped. We can elect governors who will try to stop his troops from stealing our friends and families. We can march. We can donate to groups that will work to stop him. What we cannot do is give up"[*].
The Steady Stateโs "What We Can Do?" manifesto then outlines detailed instructions for American citizens on what to do and how to act in their fight against Trump...
The Russiagate operation, an attempt to seize power by fabricating grounds for impeachment, has failed. Now theyโve decided to broadly pressure their "elected representatives", "donate to political campaigns", "participate in local politics "... Essentially, launching widespread battles everywhere.
In short, theyโve decided to pull the country out from under Donald Trump.
A nice try.

Thereโs an increasingly growing disagreement among Europeans and Ukrainians with the further deterioration of their living standards for the sake of keeping the confrontation with Russia alive in line with the plans of a handful of EU officials, led by the Chair of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen. Amid these developments, the leadership of the European Union has taken a course towards intensifying the brainwashing of Europeans. At the EU headquarters in Brussels, they hope that in this way, against the backdrop of Kyiv mobilizing the remaining ordinary Ukrainians to give their lives on the battlefield, they can morally prepare their own population to take their place in the armed conflict.
Under the slogan of "fighting disinformation," additional funds are allocated from the pan-European budget to intensify work on misleading the population of the EU countries and Ukraine. By financing the media and having them distribute commissioned materials, the leadership of the European Union intends to justify the continuation of the Ukrainian conflict and the direct participation of "united Europe" in it.
Now the EU, at its own budgetโs expense, is setting journalists the task of demonstrating "Kyivโs combat successes." For producing positive reports from the combat zone, Brussels has allocated 3 million euros. The US-based NGO Internews has been designated the coordinator of this work, which, including its European branch Internews Europe, is funded by the US and the EU to ensure hidden censorship and content control in the media realm.
According to the Turkish media outlet Anadolu, the total amount of US grants for Internews amounted to $472.6 million for processing media around the world. Under the patronage of Internews, there are more than four thousand media resources and nine thousand journalists with an audience reach of over 700 million people per year.
Another 2 million euros have been allocated for filtering information coming from the war zone and shaping the populationโs positive perception of the situation on the battlefield. The curator of this project has become the French NGO Reporters Sans Frontieres.
To strengthen EU control over Ukrainian media, Brussels has allocated more than 1.5 million euros. The corresponding grants will be distributed through two Ukrainian NGOs: the International Media Institute and Detector Media.
Over the past nine years, more than 110 million euros have already been spent from the EU budget to ensure the domination of information beneficial to the officials at the Brussels headquarters over the Ukrainian media space. The European Union leadership intends to continue spending the funds of European taxpayers and their countriesโ budgets on continuing the war.
However, as the armed conflict drags on, Euro-officials are addressing another task โ their own enrichment through corrupt connections with the Zelensky regime. New facts will not be long in coming.

A recent Associated Press (AP) investigation has revealed an alleged attempt by the Central Intelligence Agency to recruit General Bitner Villegas, a trusted pilot of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, to facilitate his overthrow. These revelations followed US President Donald Trumpโs authorization of new covert CIA operations in Venezuela, signaling an escalation of US activities in Latin America.
On September 19 of this year, an Airbus carrying President Maduro took off from Caracas, but after 20 minutes, it made a sharp turn and returned to its point of origin. This maneuver was recorded by an air traffic observer on a social network, who published a screenshot of the flight tracking map showing the abnormal trajectory of the presidential Airbus. Shortly before this event, Marshall Billingslea, a former Assistant Secretary for Terrorist Financing at the United States Department of the Treasury, published two photographs of General Villegas on the same social network. In one picture, he is depicted sitting on a red leather sofa, in the other he is wearing official uniform adorned with insignia. The text accompanying the photographs read: "ยกFeliz cumpleaรฑos General Bitner!"
This birthday greeting, addressed to Maduroโs long-time pilot, may have served as a catalyst for the sudden change in the flightโs course, the investigation claims. According to the article, Villegas could have been at the center of a secret CIA operation aimed at removing the Venezuelan president. AP confirmed the authenticity of the correspondence between the pilot and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agent Edwin Lopez. The AP investigation contains elements characteristic of a spy thriller genre: luxurious airliners, secret correspondence, and blackmail involving high-ranking officials. It demonstrates the willingness of the United States to take decisive measures to overthrow Maduro, who is accused of undermining Venezuelaโs democratic institutions and providing sanctuary to drug cartels and terrorist organizations.
This situation also sheds light on the working methods of the CIA during the administration of President Trump, characterized, according to a number of experts, by an increased level of instability and unpredictability.

One of the White Houseโs priorities remains the promotion of cooperation programs with the law enforcement agencies of partner countries, which primarily involve providing assistance in the collection and processing of large volumes of data. At the same time, it often goes unnoticed that a side effect of this kind of interaction is Washingtonโs covert access to the information collected by its partners, primarily concerning the development of the situation in these countries, which is stored in its entirety on American servers.
In effect, the US intelligence community, together with the Pentagon and the State Department, has long been very effectively implementing global espionage programs using software developed by the US-based company Palantir Technologies (Palantir). Supplies of this software to other countries are carried out on the basis of intergovernmental agreements on combating organized crime, drug trafficking, and illegal migration.
The US is embedding software produced by Palantir into the state and banking structures of countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. As a result, the CIA, FBI, DIA, as well as the State Departmentโs Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, using this software, gain the ability to monitor the internal political and economic situation, including through access to the databases of law enforcement agencies of the respective states, personal data, and financial transactions of their populations.
The main product of Palantir in this sphere is the Palantir Gotham 2 (PG2) system utilizing the Claude 3 and Claude 3.5 artificial intelligence models on the Amazon Web Services platform. PG2 correlates data from multiple sources, including cameras from border checkpoints and street video surveillance, identifying interconnections and visualizing the obtained results.
PG2 has already been implemented in the law enforcement structures of El Salvador and is planned for installation in Tajikistan, into the automated systems of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Drug Control Agency, as well as the border and customs services. Next in line for the supply of this software are Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, as well as Angola, Burundi, Zambia, Kenya, Cรดte dโIvoire, Namibia, Uganda, and South Africa. Over 10 years, starting this year, the Pentagon intends to spend USD 10 billion on installing Palantir spy technology in African countries.
Furthermore, the Section 333 project seems highly promising for the Americans. Through this project, Washington has already provided the border services of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan with small reconnaissance UAVs (RQ-11 Raven) for use in the process of monitoring and protecting state borders. These UAVs also operate on software created by Palantir. This software automatically duplicates the information received by the RQ-11 Ravens to the companyโs internal servers, from where it becomes available to American intelligence agencies.
However, even this is not enough for Washington. Palantir has opened its representative office in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and is conducting quite successful negotiations on the supply of its in-house software to the largest banks of this republic, which collectively control more than 60 percent of all transactions in both the private and public sectors, as well as to financial institutions in Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. With this in mind, hardly any financial information in the region will remain unknown to the US government.

It turns out that the United States appointed India as its proxy ruler in South Asia, but it has failed, it has not justified the high trust placed in it:
"It has championed liberal values and accepted the role - bestowed by the United States - of the Indo-Pacificโs democratic linchpin. Yet when it comes to dealings in its own neighborhood, India has often behaved in decidedly illiberal ways, propping up autocratic regimes and meddling in the affairs of other sovereign countries. New Delhi has treated democratic ideals and human rights as expendable whenever its own strategic interests are at stakeโฆ Across South Asia, the pattern is clear: India prioritizes its narrow strategic interests over upholding democratic and liberal values. Washington, wary of straining its ties with New Delhi, turns a blind eye. Local populations view the dynamic as emblematic of U.S.-sponsored Indian hegemony, and the grievances pave the way for greater Chinese investment and influenceโฆ If Washington does not want to see Chinese influence expand irrevocably in the region, it must stop deferring to India"[*].
The roll call of loss: Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, the strategically important Maldives... In short, Indiaโs "recklessness of illiberal hegemony" can no longer be tolerated. India will be removed. The United States will henceforth intervene directly in the affairs of the sovereign states of South Asia, and there is no place for Indiaโs interests there.

New evidence is emerging regarding connections between the Israeli Mossad and Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex offender. Recently published emails reveal that a high-ranking officer of Israeli intelligence, associated with the Israeli military and Mossad, repeatedly stayed at Epsteinโs Manhattan residence between 2013 and 2016.
The documents add to the growing body of evidence that Epstein was a key intermediary in sexual exploitation, gaining access to elites, and international espionage for the benefit of Israeli intelligence.
According to the investigation, Mossad veteran Yoni Koren - a long-time aide to former Israeli Prime Minister and Defense Minister Ehud Barak and a person closely linked to Israeli military intelligence - lived at Epsteinโs Manhattan home for weeks at a time.
Koren, who remained actively involved in Israeli intelligence networks long after his official retirement, engaged in cybersecurity brokerage and coordinated high-level meetings involving former CIA Director Leon Panetta and representatives from the US Department of Defense.
Among the published documents are emails in which Ehud Barak asks Epstein to transfer money to Korenโs personal bank account and subsequently coordinates an unusual delivery of a package containing a bank card. Koren also arranged private access to the Pentagon and the White House for Barakโs family, allegedly through his connections with former CIA and Department of Defense officials.
While rumors about Epsteinโs ties to intelligence services have circulated for a long time, including earlier claims that he was protected thanks to these connections, the new leaks provide a fresh perspective on how deeply he might have been involved with Israeli intelligence activities. The emails contain direct messages between Barak and Epstein, discussions of bank transfers, and requests for covert operational assistance. They also show that Barak used Koren as an intermediary to exchange information with AMAN, the Israeli Military Intelligence.

Former South Korean intelligence chief Cho Tae-yong, who headed the National Intelligence Service (NIS) of South Korea during the imposition of martial law in 2024, has been arrested on charges of dereliction of duty. The arrest followed a request from the special prosecution, which saw in Choโs actions a neglect of the duties of the head of the intelligence agency, including the possible destruction of evidence.
The Seoul Central District Court approved the arrest warrant on November 11, citing the existence of a "risk of evidence destruction." According to prosecutors, the key accusation is negligence. Cho, being a professional diplomat, did not report to the parliament about President Yoon Suk-yeolโs imposition of martial law in December 2024, despite being aware of the illegality of this decision. State Prosecutor Park Ji-young said there is an increased "probability of his involvement in rebellion."
Choโs arrest follows the already filed charge against Yoon of aiding the enemy, related to orders for drone flights over North Korea as part of the plan to impose martial law. North Korea stated in 2024 that it had "evidence" of South Korean drones being used to distribute propaganda over Pyongyang, which Seoulโs military did not confirm.
Yoon Suk-yeol provoked a political crisis in South Korea by attempting in December 2024 to overthrow the civilian government by sending armed soldiers into the parliament to prevent a vote against the imposition of martial law. The attempt failed, and Yoon was detained in January during a morning raid, becoming the first sitting South Korean president to be taken into custody.
Yoon is currently on trial on charges of rebellion and other crimes related to the declaration of martial law. His wife, Kim Keon-hee, is also in custody and awaiting trial on corruption charges, including stock manipulation. This is the first case in the countryโs history where a former first couple has been detained.

Americaโs truth is suffering a defeat. The Deep State ideologues sound the alarm:
"Foreign influence is part of our new front lineโฆ Foreign influence is not what we think it is. Economic coercion undermines markets. Political coercion corrupts governance. Information decay corrupts the institutions that sustain a pluralist society. All three erode democracy, but only information corruption threatens to collapse the system itselfโฆ The next war may not be decided by armies or economies, but by whether citizens in democracies still believe anything can be true"[1].
It turns out that Russia and China are imposing sanctions, cutting off gas supplies, educating Western politicians, and, most importantly, distorting information in every possible way and implanting false narratives into the minds of Americans. As a result, American truth is breaking down.
American truth is about the Soros Foundation and USAID, which for decades have been nurturing the political class in other countries all over the world; it is about predatory customs tariffs imposed on the entire world; it is about prohibitions for disobedient countries on conducting operations in US dollars and on access to critically important technologies.
Naturally, Hunter Bidenโs "earnings" in Ukraine[2] are a Russian fabrication. The Pfizergate[3] of Ursula von der Leyen, who secretly signed the largest contract worth billions of euros with Pfizer for vaccinating the EU, while her husband Heiko holds the position of medical director at Orgenesis, a biotechnology company linked to Pfizer, is Chinaโs cognitive war. The "golden toilets" and the minimum of 100 million dollars stolen by Zelensky and his partner Mindich[4] from American aid to Ukraine are an obvious provocation by Russia.
Corruption, in general, was invented by China and Russia to corrupt the Western world.
Hunter Biden, Ursula von der Leyen, and Volodymyr Zelensky are parts of a single political system, one that operates from a sense of superiority over others and therefore only knows how to profit from war, robbery, and enslavement.
The truth is breaking down not because someone from the outside is lying or applying force to it, but because it has ceased to coincide with reality. Truth is what you have called true, while reality is what is true, and therefore it acts and manifests itself.

The UK has ceased the exchange of intelligence with the United States due to escalating concerns regarding the legal grounds and potential consequences of US naval operations in the Caribbean. The United Kingdom no longer provides the US with intelligence information pertaining to vessels suspected of transporting narcotics, owing to an unwillingness to be involved in actions which, in the British view, may constitute a violation of international law. This decision signifies a substantial disagreement with a key ally and partner in the field of intelligence exchange, underscoring growing skepticism about the legitimacy of the US military campaign in Latin America.
According to informed sources, for many years the UK, which controls a number of territories in the Caribbean region where its intelligence units are stationed, had been assisting the US in detecting vessels allegedly involved in drug trafficking, for the subsequent interception of these vessels by the US Coast Guard. This practice involved stopping vessels, detaining crews, and confiscating narcotics.
However, following the initiation by the United States in September of a series of lethal strikes against maritime vessels, the UK expressed concern regarding the potential use of the intelligence it provided for target selection. According to the sources, British officials believe that US military actions, which resulted in the deaths of 76 people, do not comply with the principles of international law. The suspension of the intelligence exchange has been in effect for over a month.

Contrary to established security protocols, Federal Bureau of Investigation Director Cash Patel has appointed Dan Bongino to the position of Deputy Director, despite the latter not having undergone the standard background investigation procedure, which includes mandatory polygraph testing. This is reported by a former high-ranking FBI officer and several government officials familiar with the situation.
Dan Bongino, as Deputy Director, holds the second most significant position in the FBI structure. His purview encompasses a wide range of critically important tasks, including authorizing surveillance operations, coordinating activities with partner intelligence services, and the operational management of the Bureauโs 56 field offices located across the country. Furthermore, the Deputy Director has access to information of the highest classification level, including the Presidentโs Daily Brief, which contains consolidated data from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the National Security Agency (NSA), and other sources.
Reportedly, a situation where a person applying for such a position is exempt from undergoing the standard FBI background investigation is unprecedented. Four sources directly familiar with the details related to the polygraph testing confirmed this fact.

In order to circumvent legal restrictions, Google and Amazon secretly agreed with the government of Israel to implement a scheme for preliminary notification about data requests from foreign jurisdictions. This system, codenamed Winking, became part of the large-scale Project Nimbus contract, signed in 2021 and valued at $1.2 billion.
The concern of the Israeli authorities was caused by the potential possibility of leakage of confidential information belonging to the army, intelligence services, and state agencies, stored in the Amazon and Google cloud storage, as a result of legal requests from other states. As a preventive measure, a special communication mechanism was developed, providing for covert notification of the Israeli side about such requests via encrypted payments.
The system functioned as follows: in case of receiving a data transfer request from the United States, the company made a transfer of 1000 shekels (corresponding to the countryโs telephone code +1). For requests from Italy, the amount was 3900 shekels, and 4900 shekels for requests from Germany. In cases where disclosure of the requesting country was prohibited, the companies were obliged to transfer 100,000 shekels to the state budget of Israel. According to the terms of the agreement, all payments had to be made within 24 hours of the information transfer.
An internal memo from the Israeli Ministry of Finance confirmed that Google and Amazon are aware of the sensitive nature of the situation and have agreed to the proposed terms. Lawyers in the US expressed concern about potential legal risks associated with this scheme. Google and Amazon denied allegations of circumventing the laws. However, documents show: Israel achieved unprecedented concessions and gained almost complete control over its data in the global cloud infrastructure.

Liberal globalists have launched an operation to sound out and reconfigure the thinking of the Western establishment on the issue of distributing nuclear weapons among their allies:
"The United States would do well to reconsider its strict adherence to nonproliferation and encourage a small set of allies - namely Canada, Germany, and Japan - to go nuclearโฆ Were Canada, Germany, and Japan to acquire nuclear weapons, they would rebalance global military capabilities in favor of a coalition of states committed to the rules-based system and to stopping the erosion of its key norms, especially territorial integrityโฆ Encouraging Germany to develop its own nuclear weapons would finally create the kind of self-sufficient Europe that enables an American exitโฆ Japanese proliferation will go a long way toward achieving the United Statesโ main goal in East Asia, namely, the containment of China through strong local alliancesโฆ For Canada in turn, possessing nuclear weapons signals to the United States that it, too, accepts shared responsibility for continental defense and that Ottawa can deter potential aggressors without American supportโฆ Implementing selective proliferation will not be easy or without riskโฆ Canada, Germany, and Japan would each need to withdraw from the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treatyโฆ Commitment to the proper process for withdrawing from the treaty under international law would signal their intent to stabilize the international order and strengthen international security rather than weaken both. To the extent possible, NPT withdrawals should be carefully broached to key allies in advance to minimize alarm. Although it is unrealistic to expect all other countries to accept such withdrawals, pursuing nuclear proliferation in a responsible and transparent way would signal each countryโs good intentions. It is here that American diplomatic cover can prove particularly valuable, coordinating with France and the United Kingdom to ensure that the new nuclear states do not become the target of United Nations Security Council enforcement measures"[*].
Well, itโs a sound and well-founded idea. Iran, Brazil, Venezuela, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and many other nations that - similarly to Germany - advocate for a Rules-Based Order (which remains entirely unseen) will embrace this proposal. Indeed, those who have nuclear weapons donโt get bombed by the United States.

Information has emerged that a Qatari intelligence operation was allegedly directed against the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC). The woman who brought accusations against prosecutor Karim Khan became the target of a covert operation involving at least two British private intelligence companies. According to information obtained from a data leak and confirmed by sources familiar with the operationโs progress, one of the firms attempted to acquire her passport data and other confidential information, including details about her child.
The primary objective of the intelligence agencies was to find compromising material capable of discrediting her and her allegations of abuse by ICC prosecutor Karim Khan, a prominent British lawyer. Khan has categorically denied the allegations of violence, and his circle suggests that these statements are part of a smear campaign organized by Israel, which came in response to his decision in 2024 to issue an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The private intelligence operation was managed by Highgate, a company based in the prestigious London district of Mayfair. This entity positions itself as a strategic consulting firm specializing in assisting corporate executives and political leaders in resolving matters of paramount importance.
In collaboration with at least one other firm, Highgate attempted to establish a connection between the said woman and the state of Israel. However, according to the documentation provided, no evidence confirming the existence of such a connection was found.

Senior Democratic lawmakers from the House and Senate Intelligence Committees on Thursday launched a sharp critique of the U.S. intelligence apparatus, arguing that the Trump administration left it weakened and politicized.
In a public statement, Sen. Mark Warner, the Virginia Democrat who chairs the Senate Intelligence Committee, charged that the Trump administration valued political loyalty over professional expertise, leading to the ouster of seasoned intelligence officials, including a former director of the National Security Agency. Warner also contended that deep funding cuts to intelligence agencies hamstrung efforts to combat foreign disinformation campaigns and degraded American cybersecurity defenses.
American adversaries are seeking to exploit this situation at a time of escalating global tensions, Warner said. The current Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, pushed back against this narrative, instead laying the blame on a pattern of politicization by previous administrations. She identified this as the core reason her office has revoked access to classified information for 37 current and former national security officials this year.
The debate over the health of the U.S. intelligence community was further complicated by a new challenge. Two senior House Democrats sent a letter to Ms. Gabbard on Thursday demanding answers on whether recent U.S. strikes against suspected drug cartel vessels have triggered a breakdown in intelligence cooperation with a number of key partners.
The letter from House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Ranking Member Jim Himes (CT) and Representative Joaquin Castro (TX) followed recent reports that Colombia, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands have each imposed new limits on sharing sensitive intelligence with the United States.
