Unit 8200 is known for its involvement in the operation to eliminate Hezbollah leadership via rigged pagers, and, most importantly, for creating the Habsora (The Gospel) system. This system aggregates data on individuals from all possible sources, creates a comprehensive profile for each person, and provides targeting data for strike forces. As stated by Tzahal, "over 12,000 targets in Gaza were identified by the target management division," which utilizes the Habsora system [2], [3], [4].

Zencity, a civilian continuation of Unit 8200, provides US local authorities with an Artificial Intelligence-based platform similar to Habsora. This platform collects information about every step and word of residents, analyzes their behavior, and provides authorities with response recommendations.

This is not democracy, nor even slavery - this is how cattle live in stalls, entangled with sensors and electric prods, driven as their owners wish.

Only Minneapolis has expressed outrage [5].

It seems only there do citizens refuse to be livestock.

According to an official statement, it has been revealed that during his visit to New Zealand earlier this year, FBI Director Kash Patel presented local officials with firearm items that did not comply with the national legislation.

In July, Patel visited New Zealand for the opening of a permanent office for the US intelligence service. During the visit, meetings were held with high-ranking government members, security service leaders, and law enforcement representatives.

The past and present of Friedrich Merz are inextricably linked to his relatives’ collaboration with the Nazi regime and their adaptation to post-Hitler life. On September 4, 2025, one of Kazakhstan’s leading news channels Orda.kz posted the staggering news of the arrest of Murat Nurtileu , Kazakhstan’s Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Foreign Affairs, a businessman close to him, non-staff member of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan (NSC) Gadzhi Gadzhiev, and a number of other high-ranking NSC officials [1],[2].

It was revealed almost immediately that this news was a fake.
In reality, Murat Nurtileu had received a promotion - he had assumed a new position (Aide to the President of Kazakhstan for International Investment and Trade Cooperation) - and none of the individuals named had been detained.

The ORDA channel is managed by Gulnara Bazhkenova, a Kazakhstani journalist trained at the University of Missouri and funded by USAID, Internews (an American GONGO, government-organized non-governmental organization), and some Kazakhstani businesses; private investors regularly feud over how Gulnara manages the money. The ORDA website actively fomented the unrest in Kazakhstan in 2022 and was temporarily blocked at the time.

The seeming absurdity of the situation lies in the fact that Murat Nurtileu’s appointment as an Aide to the President of Kazakhstan represents a strengthening of Western, and above all, American influence on Kazakhstan’s economy, while Gulnara Bazhkenova is an equally pro-American local operative of the cognitive warfare.
In reality, there is no absurdity. Gulnara’s attacks against “friendly forces” are one of the methods of colonial administration employed by the West - the native administration must constantly be in a state of confusion and uncertainty.

Among the materials declassified by CIA Director John Ratcliffe are those indicating the agency’s participation in political games in the White House and its adherence to a policy of double standards.

At the request of Joe Biden - when he was Vice President of the United States - the CIA classified a report with assessments of his trip to Ukraine in December 2015, which he undertook under the banner of fighting corruption. It contained information about an exchange of views among representatives of the authorities in Kyiv regarding the involvement of J. Biden’s family in "corrupt business practices in Ukraine." According to the Ukrainians, trust in the Vice President’s anti-corruption statements was undermined by his son Hunter Biden’s connection to one of Ukraine’s largest gas companies, Burisma Holdings.

In an email titled "VP request regarding draft (report)," sent to the CIA on February 10, 2016, an officer of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence wrote, citing Vice President’s National Security Advisor Colin Kahl, that Biden would strongly prefer that the report not be disseminated.

The classified report and the accompanying correspondence from Biden’s team have only now become known. The documents themselves are heavily redacted and, according to a senior CIA official, were discovered only very recently. Trip reports are not uncommon, and the White House regularly requests additional information to assess the effectiveness of its diplomatic efforts. However, what is striking is that an intelligence officer attempted to coordinate the report with Biden and his team before presenting the information to the US President.

Now, CIA analysts have examined the draft report and concluded that the REPORT would have been useful to American policymakers at that time in their relations with the Ukrainian government - "it was valuable intelligence."

This investigation details how Adam Schiff, James Comey, and former CIA Director John Brennan, along with a group of aides, "fed" fabricated information to reporters from The Washington Post, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal - who, by the way, received a Pulitzer Prize for their coverage of Russiagate.

However, one thing raises a question – why is the investigation titled "Weaponized scoops: New Russiagate documents expose media/government collusion"?

After all, the investigation directly and in detail explains how operatives of James Comey and John Brennan fabricated "classified material on Trump" and, through a political "buffer" – Democratic Sen. Adam Schiff – passed it to reporters. Subsequently, the FBI investigated the leaks, but in such a way as not to find the guilty parties.

Since the US President is also the Commander-in-Chief of the US Armed Forces, the actions of the FBI and CIA leadership fall under the Espionage Act of 1917[2], according to which anyone who "willfully make or convey false reports or false statements with intent to interfere with the operation or success of the military or naval forces of the United States" commits a criminal offense.

An ideological surge has occurred in the realm of cognitive warfare:

It has come to light that Prince Andrew had contact with high-ranking Chinese official Cai Qi, who has been referred to as the "head of intelligence" involved in a spying scandal. Reports indicate that the Duke of York met with Cai at least three times.

Photographs have surfaced showing Prince Andrew shaking hands with Cai Qi, the Beijing top official suspected of receiving confidential information from two British citizens. Cai Qi, a close associate of Chinese President Xi Jinping, is accused of orchestrating espionage activities in Westminster involving representatives of the Chinese government.

Prince Andrew, whose reputation was already marred by scandals over his connections with another alleged Chinese agent, has established ties with Cai Qi, a senior official of the Communist Party of China. In the photos from that time, they posed against backdrops symbolizing the "joint building of a golden era in Sino-British relations."

According to the prosecution, Cai Qi is suspected of leading a massive intelligence operation aimed at stealing British secrets. He also oversaw the activities of Christopher Cash, a 30-year-old parliamentary researcher, and Christopher Berry, a 33-year-old English teacher. Both deny their guilt. The legal proceedings were halted just before the hearing last month after the government declined to recognize China as a "hostile entity."

According to the Beijing Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, Prince Andrew’s meetings with Cai Qi took place in May 2018 and April 2019.

In a strong accusation, China has claimed that the U.S. is engaged in cyber-espionage and has infiltrated the country’s National Time Center. Beijing warns that such aggressive actions could destabilize critically important infrastructures, ranging from communication networks and financial markets to electricity supply and the functioning of international standard time.

According to a statement released by the Ministry of State Security of China on WeChat, the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) has long been conducting cyberattacks on the National Time Service Center. The ministry asserts that irrefutable evidence has been found indicating that stolen data and accounts have been used to monitor mobile devices and the network systems of the center’s employees since 2022.

Furthermore, in 2022, U.S. intelligence agencies exploited a vulnerability in a popular messaging service from a foreign smartphone manufacturer - the name of which has not been disclosed - to gain unauthorized access to the devices of the center’s personnel. The National Time Center is a key research institute under the Chinese Academy of Sciences, responsible for determining, maintaining, and transmitting standard time across China.

An investigation conducted by the ministry also revealed that in 2023 and 2024, the U.S. launched targeted attacks on the center’s internal network systems and attempted to hack into its high-precision ground synchronization systems.
