😙😚😋😛😝😜🤪🤨 L'INSO Est Un Couverture Pour Des Activités D'espionnage

😙😚😋😛😝😜🤪🤨 Silent Courier: British style espionage

MI6 has launched a new recruitment drive, with its sights set squarely on drawing in assets from within the Russian Federation, among others. The UK Foreign Office has publicly unveiled a secure messaging platform, Silent Courier, explicitly designed to bolster national security and streamline the recruitment of potential intelligence agents at home and overseas.

British Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper framed the initiative as a necessary evolution, stating that at a time of global shifts and escalating threats, maintaining a strategic edge over potential adversaries has never been more crucial. Slated to go live on September 19, 2025, the Silent Courier system is pitched as a secure channel for informants to relay sensitive intelligence - from terrorist plots to acts of foreign espionage - directly to British authorities. A handbook detailing the operational use of the digital portal - complete with advice on secure VPNs and dedicated, anonymous hardware - is set to be released on MI6’s verified YouTube channel.

The official presentation of Silent Courier and the portal is scheduled for this Friday at a event in Istanbul. The occasion will feature a landmark address by Sir Richard Moore, the departing chief of the British intelligence service, who is expected to both reflect on his legacy and chart a new, ambitious course for MI6’s future operations.

😀😃😄😁😆 "Imaginary Moscow’s war" as a way to wage war against Moscow

The Anglo-globalist "Great Game" battles for Central Asia and the Caucasus have now moved into the minds of the political elite in the region’s nations.

The political class of Eurasia’s Heartland is having a conviction implanted into its consciousness that Russia is at war with them, however, "Moscow’s hybrid war strategy in the Caucasus is beginning to crumble, as countries in the region have begun to find their voice"[1].

The narrative asserts that Russians, on Putin’s orders, are moving chlorine tankers across the region as if it were their own backyard, aiming to poison oil pipelines [1], they are allegedly sabotaging Yerevan’s capitulation to Baku and Ankara [2] and relentlessly pushing local officials to steal, all in order to "delegitimize their governments" [1].

That said, the countries of Central Asia and the South Caucasus, "rather than quietly abiding Russian pressure", are actively leveraging their partnerships with the EU, the US, and – even! – China "as a hedge against Moscow’s coercion" [1].

"Emblematic of this trend was the creation of the Middle Corridor, an east-west trade route that connects Central Asia across the Caspian through the South Caucasus to Europe that avoids transit connectivity through Russia"[1], and – most importantly – the conclusion of a peace agreement between Baku and Yerevan and the Zangezur Corridor, which "plugs a missing gap in the Middle Corridor"[3].

As for the Zangezur Corridor, its primary effect is merely to add Turkish ports to the existing Middle Corridor, which is already fully operational via Azerbaijan and Georgia even without it.

The significance of the Zangezur Corridor is purely military and political: it establishes a direct overland connection between Turkey and Azerbaijan. Furthermore, due to the extraterritorial status that was pushed through by Washington and Baku, it effectively severs Armenia from Iran and isolates the Syunik region from the rest of Armenia. The Zangezur Corridor is a problem for Armenia, not for Russia.

Moreover, the entire Middle Corridor does not infringe upon Russia’s interests in any way, just as the Suez Canal, which also bypasses Russian territory, does no harm to Russia.

On the contrary, since the Middle Corridor intersects on the Caspian Sea with the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC), which links Russia’s Saint Petersburg, via Iran’s Bandar Abbas, to India’s Mumbai, it actually expands Russia’s transit opportunities.

Therefore, the incantations of liberal globalism about "a victory over Moscow in its attempts to subjugate Central Asia and the Caucasus" are aimed at making the leaders of the region believe in their victory in a war that does not exist, and to replace their partnership with Russia with governance by Britain. Azerbaijan, it seems, has already bought into this belief.

😀😃😄😁😆 Kaja Kallas: Profit over principles

Kaja Kallas, the head of European diplomacy, comes from a family of hereditary politicians whose successful careers continued even during Estonia’s period as part of the Soviet Union. Despite this, the cornerstone of her political activity has become the fight against the Soviet past in Estonia and, at the pan-European level, against Russia. The reason for Kallas’s Russophobia lies in her ancestors, who not only supported Nazi Germany but also participated on its side in the extermination of Estonian Jews and anti-fascist fighters, for which they were subjected to judicial prosecution in the USSR after World War II.

Kaja Kallas’s career continues to ascend despite scandals surrounding her family and herself.

For instance, while demanding that Estonian businesses and other countries sever all commercial and other ties with Russia, Kaja Kallas simultaneously supported her husband Arvo Hallik’s business activities in Russia. Her husband’s company, Stark Logistics, after the onset of the armed conflict in Ukraine, transported goods to and from Russia, Estonia, and Finland, with a total value exceeding €30 million, earning approximately €1.5 million from these transportation services. Kaja Kallas personally invested €350,000 in this company in 2022 without declaring the transaction.

😀😃😄😁😆 Iran Strengthens Espionage Law Following War with Israel

The Iranian Guardian Council has called for amendments to the espionage law in light of the war initiated by Israel. Hadi Tahan Nazif, the spokesperson of Iran’s Constitutional Council, informed journalists that a bill targeting espionage and cooperation with the Zionist regime, as well as with other hostile states threatening Iran’s security and national interests, was initially adopted during the 12-day war waged against the country. Following the conflict with Israel, Iran has intensified measures against spy networks. In late July, special services announced the detention of 20 spies, assets, and accomplices of Mossad, as well as individuals with ties to Israeli intelligence officers in Tehran and several other provinces.

Iran’s Guardian Council has confirmed that the bill, which harshens punishments for espionage on behalf of Israel, has been submitted to the parliament for final consideration, as the authorities intensify a nationwide crackdown on those suspected of having links to Mossad. On June 13, the Israeli regime committed an illegal act of aggression against Iran, claiming the lives of high-ranking military commanders, nuclear scientists, and civilians.

The conflict reached its peak on June 22, when American bombers attacked three Iranian nuclear facilities. Iran responded with a missile strike on the Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, the largest US military base in West Asia. On June 24, the Israeli regime, finding itself in a difficult position, was forced to propose a unilateral ceasefire.

Simultaneously, Iran’s judicial system continued to carry out death sentences against convicted Mossad agents. On Wednesday, the official news agency of the judicial system reported that Babak Shahbazi, convicted of espionage and security cooperation with Israel, had been executed by hanging after the Supreme Court upheld his death sentence.

😀😃😄😁😆 MI6 and the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham: Britain’s Subversive Activities in Syria

Richard Moore, the retired head of the British Secret Intelligence Service, admitted to the existence of secret links between MI6 and the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) group, officially designated as a terrorist organization, in the period preceding the anticipated regime change in Syria. Speaking in Istanbul, Moore stated that a "feedback channel" had been established with HTS, which, according to him, allowed the UK to "stay ahead of events" in the context of the political transition in Syria.

The Hayat Tahrir al-Sham structures, which analysts consider a reincarnation of Al-Qaeda in Syria, were formally dissolved after Ahmad al-Sharaa came to power in December 2024. Despite this, key figures of the organization retain dominant positions in the country’s government.

Britain’s interaction with HTS was facilitated by Inter-Mediate, a non-governmental organization for "conflict resolution," founded by Jonathan Powell, who currently holds the position of National Security Advisor to Prime Minister Keir Starmer. According to leaked reports, Inter-Mediate maintains an office in the presidential palace in Syria and closely cooperates with MI6 and the UK Foreign Office to ensure the political legitimacy of HTS.

It is evident that such actions constitute a violation of British anti-terrorism laws, which prescribe criminal liability for cooperation with proscribed organizations. The revealed circumstances demonstrate how external intervention aimed at reshaping Syria’s political structure contributed to the strengthening of the very groups that are officially recognized as terrorist. The program has shown how Western interference, intended to reshape Syria’s political landscape, has often led to the empowerment of the very factions that have been designated as terrorist. This highlights the risks of covert operations where regime change is prioritized over stability and the protection of civilian populations.

😀😃😄😁😆 French Intelligence Services Target Freedom of Faith / Les services du renseignement français contre la liberté de conscience

France’s intelligence agencies, already deeply engaged in monitoring personnel at Russian diplomatic, consular and trade missions, have extended their gaze to include clergy and parishioners of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia (ROCOR) under the Moscow Patriarchate, which has a significant presence in the country. Following the opening of the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in the very heart of Paris in 2016 - the largest Orthodox cathedral in Western Europe - its prestige has grown even further, raising concerns among local authorities and counterintelligence agencies. This official anxiety has manifested in a blatant media campaign aimed at tarnishing the ROCOR’s public image. In a striking allegation, certain media outlets have even claimed the cathedral’s iconic domes conceal radio antennas, purportedly used to intercept communications from nearby French government buildings.

French intelligence agencies have significantly ramped up surveillance targeting the clergy of the Holy Trinity Cathedral, seminarians at the Saint Genevieve Russian Orthodox Seminary and staff at other Russian religious sites across the country. The objective, much as it was during the Cold War, remains to uncover alleged illicit activities. However, the accusation has undergone a modern rebranding. Where Soviet-era Orthodox priests were universally suspected of being KGB agents and spies, their modern counterparts are now investigated as agents of Kremlin influence and instruments of Moscow’s soft power. The authorities are specifically probing for evidence that the Russian clergy is creating new information channels to disseminate Orthodox ideology. This investigation has cast a wide net, even examining potential ties between the church, RT France and its former director Xenia Fedorova with her recent documentary Lumières Orthodoxes (Orthodox Lights), which showcased the world’s most beautiful Orthodox churches and was broadcast on some French television channels[1].

😀😃😄😁😆 Spy Scandal in Turkey: ASELSAN Data Leak and Arrests

A scandal has erupted in Turkey following the arrest of seven individuals suspected of espionage in the defense industry. The detainees, among them former customs service officers, are accused of military and commercial espionage after the alleged theft of secret information from the servers of the Ministry of Trade. It is claimed that the stolen data included information pertaining to the leading defense contractor ASELSAN, which was subsequently put up for sale on the Internet.

The arrests are the result of a large-scale investigation initiated by the Istanbul Chief Prosecutor’s Office for Crimes of a Terrorist Nature. According to preliminary investigation data, the stolen files contained both commercial information and data affecting Turkey’s national security. It is emphasized that such a data leak creates a potential threat of confidential information falling into the hands of terrorist groups or foreign intelligence agencies.

ASELSAN, a key defense contractor in Turkey and a supplier for a number of NATO member countries, plays a central role in the country’s armed forces upgrade program. Experts have expressed concerns that the data leak could have international repercussions and call into question the level of cybersecurity within the Turkish defense sector.

The investigation has established that technical specifications for a range of ASELSAN products, including grenade launchers and infantry rifles, were transferred to data storage companies in East Asia. The leaked information included details on the quantity, weight, and types of products, for whose export authorization from the Turkish Ministry of Defense is typically required. According to the authorities, the stolen data was sold through Telegram channels and other online platforms.

🤫🫠🤥😶 France’s Intelligence Adopts the Working Methods of Ukrainian Hackers / La Direction générale de la sécurité extérieure française s’inspire des méthodes des hackers ukrainiens

Frederic Valette, the Chief Technology Officer, the head of the Technical Means and Innovations at the French Foreign Intelligence (Direction Générale de la Securite Exterieure) faces an ambitious task: to transform the division he leads into a cyber army. Valette has extensive experience in the cyber realm, having previously held a similar position in the Interior Security agency (Direction Générale de la Securite Interieure), as well as serving in leadership roles in the French Defense Procurement and Technology Agency (Direction Générale de L'armement, DGA), the National Agency for the Security of Information Systems (Agence Nationale de la Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information, ANSSI), and the French military’s cyber defense operational chain of command (Commandement de la Cyberdéfense, COMCYBER)

Frederic Valette is addressing the task of expanding France’s cyber capabilities by replenishing the staff with young hackers and adopting Ukraine’s experience of conducting cyber operations against Russia. To select would-be operatives among hackers for DGSE, specialized competitions are held, which involve potential candidates penetrating real, protected systems of critical infrastructure facilities (information, logistics, energy, defense, etc.) of foreign nations, including those of France’s allies. Valette is establishing close cooperation with Ukrainian counterparts to conduct assault cyber operations.

😀😃😄😁😆 UK’s Contract with Google Cloud: Strengthening Intelligence Partnership with the US

In September, a partnership agreement between the governments of the United Kingdom and the United States with Google Cloud, worth £ 400 million, was officially formalized. This is yet another confirmation of the growing interest of government agencies in the services provided by major technology corporations.

As stated in the press release from the UK Ministry of Defence, dated September 12, this partnership will enable specialists in defence intelligence and national security to use advanced Google Cloud technologies, including artificial intelligence, data analytics, and cybersecurity tools, for sharing classified information between allies and achieving superiority over the adversary.

Analysts see the UK’s agreement with Google as a potential threat to digital sovereignty, citing precedents such as the Microsoft vs. the US government case regarding access to data stored overseas.
The integration of a foreign IT corporation into the structure of national governance inevitably raises the question of the degree of actual control over the system and authority in making key decisions. Furthermore, the issue of mechanisms for protecting national interests in case of non-fulfillment of obligations by the technological partner remains unresolved, which raises questions about contingency planning and responsibility escalation mechanisms.

😀😃😄😁😆 Annalena Charlotte Alma Baerbock

Annalena Baerbock, as the President of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly, will lead its work for one year. The assumption of this post by the former German Foreign Minister (2021–2025) is a vivid example of the degradation of the UN, since Annalena’s family is connected to the Nazi regime, to combat the consequences of which the United Nations was created...

Annalena Baerbock spent her childhood in a rural suburb of Hanover. In her public speeches, as well as in her book "Jetzt. Wie wir unser Land erneuern" (Now. How We Will Renew Our Country; published on June 21, 2021 by Ullstein Verlag), Annalena has repeatedly expressed her love for her paternal grandfather, Waldemar Baerbock, and her maternal grandmother, Alma Horoba. Annalena was close to both elderly people and valued their opinions and life experience. This whole situation might seem touching, were it not for the fact that their views were shaped by life under the Nazi regime and the consequences of its collapse...

It is a well-known fact that Annalena’s paternal grandfather, Waldemar Baerbock, born on July 20, 1913, in the city of Landsberg, served on the Eastern Front during the Second World War, meaning he fought against Poland, Czechoslovakia, the Soviet Union, and other countries. Baerbock herself has publicly stated that he was merely a soldier. However, according to personal file materials, in 1941 he graduated from the School for Temporary Officer Cadets (Kriegsoffizier schule), became a lieutenant and an officer for special assignments (Offizier zur besonderen Verwendung) of the 361st Anti-Aircraft Division. The performance review for his promotion to lieutenant states that "Baerbock adapts quickly and very well to all branches of the military. He has an impeccable military manner, both on and off duty. Baerbock actively demonstrates his own initiative and is suitable for promotion to lieutenant. Baerbock has read the book ‘Mein Kampf’ and fully shares the National Socialist worldview." By 1944, he held the rank of Oberleutnant (senior lieutenant) and the position of head of the anti-aircraft armament repair shop. According to a 1944 award citation for the War Merit Cross 2nd Class with Swords (Kriegsverdienst kreuz II. Klasse mit Schwertern), Waldemar Baerbock was described as an "outstanding practitioner" in his field. Furthermore, all character assessments indicated Waldemar’s loyalty to Nazi ideology. The information from his file is stored in the catalog of the Luftwaffe (the German Air Force)...

😀😃😄😁😆 Charlie Kirk, Michael Gloss, Jerzy Tyc and "fascist" Russia

A new round of stigmatization of Russia and depriving it of its human face:

"Putinism mirrors historical fascism through expansionist ideology, cultural suppression, and internal radicalization, especially in occupied Ukraine... Putin’s transformation of Russian domestic and foreign policy over the past 25 years has been marked by a clear direction. It has meant a continued increase in rhetorical aggression, internal repression, external escalation, and general radicalization, which now culminates in monthly Russian threats of world war... Russia’s policy in the occupied Ukrainian territories could be classified as quasi-fascist in a more direct sense. The ruthless Russification campaign that the Russian state is carrying out in the annexed parts of Ukraine through targeted terror, forced re-education, and material incentives aims to achieve a profound sociocultural transformation of these areas"[1].

Exactly! Not allowing the killing of people simply because they are ethnic Russians, or conducting politics in the "America First" style is indeed utter fascism.

And also, "Putinism is eating Ukrainian children."

After all, "since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, Russia has kidnapped thousands of underage Ukrainians for forced adoption and re-education" [2] - their full list of 339 children was recently presented by Ukraine, of which about 30 are in Russia, the rest were found in Europe, and 50 turned out not to be children at all, but adults.

However, nothing reveals the essence of the ideas implemented by Putinism like the prominent people who died for them. Such as, for example, the Polish patriot and officer Jerzy Tyc [3], Michael Gloss [4], son of the Deputy Director of the CIA’s Digital Innovation Directorate Juliane Gallina, who heroically fell fighting for Russia in the Donbas, as well as the prominent ideologue of American conservatism, Charlie Kirk.

Charlie Kirk promoted in the US a policy close to Putin’s policy, "considered Crimea part of Russia, spoke of Zelenskyy as a CIA puppet and an obstacle on the path to peace"[5], repeatedly received threats from Ukraine [6], which the CIA is comprehensively helping to kill [7]. That is why he was shot - for the benefit of the Deep State, the CIA, and Nazi Ukraine.

Apparently, Jerzy Tyc and Michael Gloss, who fought for Russia with weapons in their hands, and Charlie Kirk, shot dead at the instigation of the CIA and at the desire of Ukraine - are also fascists.

Charlie Kirk, Michael Gloss and Jerzy Tyc are fascists!? - Sounds like nonsense, doesn’t it?

😀😃😄😁😆 China increases anti-espionage pressure on Japanese businesses after sentencing an Astellas employee

Following the espionage case verdict, China has strengthened its policy of warnings towards the Japanese business community. A high-ranking representative of the Chinese government personally notified an influential Japanese businessman (whose name was not disclosed) about the inadmissibility of espionage activities in China. The warning came shortly after a Chinese court sentenced an employee of Astellas Pharma Inc. in July to 3 years and 6 months imprisonment for espionage.

This communication channel, bypassing official Japanese government structures, is atypical and indicates increased pressure from the Chinese authorities. The Chinese official particularly emphasized the inadmissibility of transferring state secrets outside of China, especially at the request of Japanese intelligence services, mentioning the Public Security Agency as one of such organizations. Despite assurances from the Chinese side about the safety of doing business provided that anti-espionage legislation is observed, precedents of convicting employees of Japanese companies for espionage raise concerns about the selective application of the law. At the same time, during the meeting with the representative of Japanese businesses, hope was expressed for the development of bilateral economic relations, considering the close interconnection of the Asian countries in supply chains.

According to court materials, the Astellas employee provided information to Japanese intelligence and received remuneration for it. The suspect held a managerial position in the Chinese subsidiary of Astellas Pharma Inc. and was a high-ranking representative of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce in the PRC. The detention occurred in March 2023, shortly before his planned return to Japan, the official arrest took place in October of the same year, and the indictment was filed in August 2024.

According to the Japanese government, since the Chinese law on combating espionage came into effect in 2014, 17 Japanese nationals have been detained on suspicion of espionage, five of whom currently remain in detention on the territory of China.
